I really hate to give the company a bad review but I hope it is taken seriously. Today when I commented that I was sorry for holding the line up to check our order but we have had issues. The comment back from the employee was nonchalantly yeah that happens.......Food is fine, service and lack of detail is not. For the last 6 months we average 35% of our orders not filled correctly, always something left out. Sometimes I have time to check and they immediately fix the problem, they will fix the problem if I go back but we live too far to do this. Today the soup lid was not secured in the bottom of the bag also...you know what happened....Please focus on your employees and how they read the order and package the food. Thanks.

Most chick fil a's I go to are really great and are able to process their line efficiently. The chick fil a in belmont really needs some help. It's a pretty disappointing experience.

As good as any well run Chick-fil-A, but just watch out during the school year because the south point high school and Belmont Middle School can really make that place hectic. Otherwise great place.

Normally this place is pretty good but today was disappointing. We ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets. As you can see by the picture there are about 10 good nuggets and the rest are leftover fried scraps. With the price of food, I'd appreciate the full amount.

i am beyond upset. Chick-fil-a has NEVER EVER DONE SUCH A THING. like i get missing the tomato or a sauce but a whole chicken patty ?

Caleb needs more training. He needs to speak more clearly and slower, and if a customer requests a slight deviation from the standard meal, instead of saying we can’t do that he should check because they can. If I don’t want cheese in the sandwich just don’t put cheese. He’s young but needs to learn now about customer service and business.

I was on my way to an appointment. They had me in and out in about 5 minutes. No more than 10 minutes at the absolute most. Everything tasted great!! They know my order because I am there so much and treat me so special. Love them❤️❤️!!

I did a mobile order for a dr.p and 2 water. I swore I clicked the location closest to me. I was in the parking lot. The woman told me I would have to call the other chick fila and cancel the order re order and get back in line. Didn't Even offer to give me the waters. I get it was my fault but the customer service was not there for a place who prides them self of customer service.
