I really hate to give the company a bad review but I hope it is taken seriously. Today when I commented that I was sorry for holding the line up to check our order but we have had issues. The comment back from the employee was nonchalantly yeah that happens.......Food is fine, service and lack of detail is not. For the last 6 months we average 35% of our orders not filled correctly, always something left out. Sometimes I have time to check and they immediately fix the problem,...

As good as any well run Chick-fil-A, but just watch out during the school year because the south point high school and Belmont Middle School can really make that place hectic. Otherwise great place.

Normally this place is pretty good but today was disappointing. We ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets. As you can see by the picture there are about 10 good nuggets and the rest are leftover fried scraps. With the price of food, I'd appreciate the full amount.
