I ordered pizzas on the mobile app and sat in curbside delivery for 20 minutes before walking in and somehow they had skipped over my order. No big deal mistakes happen but instead of apologizing or even looking up from the pizza she was cutting she just said it’s going to be 30 to 40 more minutes. When I told her to cancel the order again she was unfazed. When I asked her how long it would be until the money was placed back on my card she replied “did you pay with card?” To which I replied obviously, she still showed no concern and just said 3-5 business days with an attitude. I go to dominos in mount holly often and have never had an issue. So me and my nephew had McDonalds tonight. Her name was amber btw, I scrolled down and saw her name in another bad review so I guess it’s a regular occurrence with her.

Don't bother trying to order delivery from this place. They will only read half of your delivery instructions. Leave it wherever the hell they want and then get mad at you for being upset and refuse to bring you more food. I would literally order from any other place in Belmont.

Avoid this store. The new GM Amber deliberately messed things up at the store. And then worked with the district manager to blame it all on the old GM so they could get him fired. It's so despicable that this is allowed to happen at Domino's. I'll never order from this store again, good riddance. 😤

All of a sudden this store won’t deliver outside of 4 miles from the store. The staff is rude and the alleged General Manager has no answers for anything and just sounds annoyed. Staff forgets to put phone on hold when talking shit about a customer.

I came up from Charleston to enjoy some time with my friend and we decided we wanted pizza at 12:40 on a Saturday night. We ordered online and made it to the store at 12:57am thinking our pizza was not to be. Josephine made it happen.
Josephine was the manager and she was great. Our pizzas were ready and when there was an issue with the card reader, she worked hard to figure it out rather than have us wait late and spend a long time in the store
Josephine was kind, professional, and courteous. She was efficient and exhibited exemplary customer service skills. Dominos in Belmont has a good reputation and Josephine’s leadership is clearly why this franchise has the reputation it does. She is the epitome of a customer oriented manager and is the main reason I’ll be back again when I’m in town.

I live on the west side of Charlotte, but I go a few extra miles to have a better quality of pizza, better customer service, and (all around) better cleanliness. They never disappoint, and the computer automated deals are, also, a nice bonus.

Try to order a pizza online at fifty percent off..For some reason it said to call Belmont store. I did it says to try again. After 2 time's of trying. I ordered elsewhere. Now I see a pizza at my door. Charging to my account. Really. Credit my account.
