The woman at the register with the green shirt on blonde hair was very rude. We under stand y’all are busy and it’s only 3 of yall in the building but take that energy out on someone else not us.😂 needs to work on friendliness with customers. Needs to do better

I did a mobile order for this location since it was closest to me. Even though their was a line it was still pretty fast for a drive thru. They were really sweet . I have visited this location before and it was pretty slow but that was last October so it definitely has improved since then . I got the loaded hash browns and bagel bites and both were delicious. Pistachio coffee was also delicious. I was worried at first about quality wise considering it’s connected to a gas station but honestly it was truly delicious. From what I could see as well the kitchen is practically spotless considering having a small rush but overall experience was pleasantly good.

I came to get four dozen assorted donuts for a seminar at the college, and I was told I could only have two. So they could have enough for the rest of the day. Rationing donuts for a sale that may not happen is CRAZY. I wonder how many donuts will be tossed at closing time today. When people show up to buy, you sell as much as you can until you're sold out. Then, you scramble to replenish your supply and reanalyze your supply/demand. Losing money in this economy is unacceptable. Not to mention, now I look like a fool hosting an event without enough donuts for my attendees.

Worst Dunkin’ experience. The woman with pink hair today was incredibly rude and miserable, and the other employee working with her had the same attitude. If dealing with people is such a burden, maybe a customer-facing job isn’t the right fit.
There are plenty of jobs where you don’t have to interact with customers. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring issue at this location. If you have the option, I’d recommend choosing a different Dunkin

Worth it if you need your fix. It’s a tight fit in the corner of the gas station. The food was adequate, but took a long, long time to get. It got crowded and was a little dirty.
I was inside the building for less than 20 seconds before I was turned away. Customer service was awful, calling them rude would be an understatement.

There were two employees outside hanging out back by the drive thru as the was starting to get backed up. When we got to the intercom to place our order after very briefly being able to view the menu, the person taking the orders was INCREDIBLY rude, short, sassy and snarky. She makes their entire brand look bad. Avoid this DD, if you can. I didn’t feel comfortable having them handling our food so we ended driving off to avoid any further contact and an even worse experience.

Tried this location for the first time today. Service was super friendly but they were out of several things, the delivery truck was unloading more. The coffee however tasted burnt, or dirty.. or something. it was pretty gross. took a few sips and tossed it.

The GM is amazing. The coffee is hot, and by the time I order and pay, my order is ready to go. They understand the occasional urgency and sometimes panic that they see on my face when I'm running late but still need my Dunkin fix. I drive out of my way and past the Mount Holly Dunkin to come to this location because of the customer service here. #LoveMyDunkin
