If there was a negative star they would get it from me. On 8/31/25 after getting gas at the gas station that they are located at, approximately 4:25 pm after pulling away from the pump I decided to park and re-enter to get a doughnut and a cup of coffee. As I approached the counter I noticed a black female at the counter having a conversation about working at Dunkin'. The person behind the counter was a white female. She glanced over at me once, then continued her conversation with the black female. They were both young, which is the only reason that I can think of that made them think that their conversation was more important than waiting on me. Unbelievable. After approximately 5 minutes I returned to my car empty handed. By the way the black female was dressed, she was also employed by dunkin'. They both need more training on customer service. Even though manners are usually learned elsewhere. š¤ By the way, I'm seeing other 1 star reviews about employee conduct on here. Sad.

Bad service they let me waiting 20 minutes at counter they don't ask me nothing.
Staff is kind, respectful and courteous! I always have a pleasant experience at this location even at the drive-thru.

I had gotten two drinks from here, the artic cherry refresher tasted like acid and the mocha latte tasted like dust. I had never purchased them before and i regretted it, so I wanted to see if I could get a refund. I didnāt expect on getting one, and made sure to make it clear that i wasnāt dead set on getting one. I literally word for word asked if āit was possibleā Iād be interested but made sure to be polite and cordial. The blonde manager(?) who spoke to me was unnecessarily condescending when I was not being demanding at all. The employees were nice enough, but she was a jerk for no reason at all. Seeing the other reviews on here reassured me that I wasnāt crazy. Needless to say I wonāt be going back.

This place is Horrible. Worse Dunkin in america. Dont fill drinks all the way, dont make drinks right. Disrespectful employees. Fire all these people or just close down this dump

Was there for a road stop and bathroom stop
The woman at the register with the green shirt on blonde hair was very rude. We under stand yāall are busy and itās only 3 of yall in the building but take that energy out on someone else not us.š needs to work on friendliness with customers. Needs to do better

I did a mobile order for this location since it was closest to me. Even though their was a line it was still pretty fast for a drive thru. They were really sweet . I have visited this location before and it was pretty slow but that was last October so it definitely has improved since then . I got the loaded hash browns and bagel bites and both were delicious. Pistachio coffee was also delicious. I was worried at first about quality wise considering itās connected to a gas station but honestly it was truly delicious. From what I could see as well the kitchen is practically spotless considering having a small rush but overall experience was pleasantly good.
I came to get four dozen assorted donuts for a seminar at the college, and I was told I could only have two. So they could have enough for the rest of the day. Rationing donuts for a sale that may not happen is CRAZY. I wonder how many donuts will be tossed at closing time today. When people show up to buy, you sell as much as you can until you're sold out. Then, you scramble to replenish your supply and reanalyze your supply/demand. Losing money in this economy is unacceptable. Not to mention, now I look like a fool hosting an event without enough donuts for my attendees.
The worst service you can imagine, the cashier was extremely angry, the hot coffee was cold and they took a long time nothing recommended this place
Worst Dunkinā experience. The woman with pink hair today was incredibly rude and miserable, and the other employee working with her had the same attitude. If dealing with people is such a burden, maybe a customer-facing job isnāt the right fit.
There are plenty of jobs where you donāt have to interact with customers. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring issue at this location. If you have the option, Iād recommend choosing a different Dunkin
