When my drink is made correctly, its wonderful, however.....several time ive receive my latte with NO espresso!!! Just steamed and flavored milk. Completely unacceptable. How is this mistake even made at a coffee shop?! Only ever happened at this location. But has happened several times there.

Absolutely AMAZING! After working 11 days straight I went in to get a refresher and the guy working there was super nice went above and beyond I didn’t get his name, but super nice! Made my day!

Please train staff better. I was unable to order my food because 2 employees didn’t understand simple functionality of the systems provided by DUNKIN. Claimed to be an assistant manager but did not know how to add queso to a sandwich let alone put in any effort to try to figure it out. I went to another Dunkin and got my usual order with no questions, no attitude, no lack of effort. Poor work ethic. Attached is my correct order from a different Dunkin.

I am assuming that you have to be friends with the employees here in order to get good customer service and possibly free iced coffees, I’ve come to this location several times and there’s been one specific woman who normally comes in when I come in as well and she never pays for her coffee and no, it’s not a mobile order and no, it’s not a DoorDash order she walks up to the counter. They ask her what she wants she tells them and then it’s free Never see her pay

This is the amount of coffee and expresso I had once taking out all the ice they put in my cup. I added a creamer to this by the way and in the drive through I was very specific about my drink including telling her light ice twice! I got the biggest chunks of ice and it was full. I need coffee and espresso to fuel my day not water! Do better and to top off she acted like she had to make it happen when I asked for extra cream and sugar in the bag. Smh.

Food and drinks were very very good and the employee who helped us was very sweet. Didnt enjoy that the manager had loudly embarrassed an employee in front of everyone due to an issue with another customer.

The food and drinks were delicious! The girl at the front counter was wonderful.. there happened to be an angry customer and the manager scolded the poor employee in front of all of the customers. Not ok..

The two kids (probably early 20’s) that were working at Dunkin tonight were so personable and polite. Fun to talk to while I was waiting for my daughter to pick some donuts. If everyone Dunkin had employees like these, they would rock!

The “cook” made my food wrong the first time and when I asked for it to be corrected, he made a mess out of my food. I mean burned, ripped apart, arranged all weird, total mess. The cashier’s at the window are usually very kind, but my order has been messed up like the last 7 times and this was the first time I asked for it to be corrected and they make a total mess out of it. I’m not even a picky person, I would have rather eaten the wrong order than what the cook (white male, overweight, with a beard) did to my order when I asked for a fix. I don’t say this to complain, just want to bring it to the owner’s attention, because I know this hurts business.

If there was a negative star they would get it from me. On 8/31/25 after getting gas at the gas station that they are located at, approximately 4:25 pm after pulling away from the pump I decided to park and re-enter to get a doughnut and a cup of coffee. As I approached the counter I noticed a black female at the counter having a conversation about working at Dunkin'. The person behind the counter was a white female. She glanced over at me once, then continued her conversation with the black female. They were both young, which is the only reason that I can think of that made them think that their conversation was more important than waiting on me. Unbelievable. After approximately 5 minutes I returned to my car empty handed. By the way the black female was dressed, she was also employed by dunkin'. They both need more training on customer service. Even though manners are usually learned elsewhere. 🤔 By the way, I'm seeing other 1 star reviews about employee conduct on here. Sad.

I had gotten two drinks from here, the artic cherry refresher tasted like acid and the mocha latte tasted like dust. I had never purchased them before and i regretted it, so I wanted to see if I could get a refund. I didn’t expect on getting one, and made sure to make it clear that i wasn’t dead set on getting one. I literally word for word asked if “it was possible” I’d be interested but made sure to be polite and cordial. The blonde manager(?) who spoke to me was unnecessarily condescending when I was not being demanding at all. The employees were nice enough, but she was a jerk for no reason at all. Seeing the other reviews on here reassured me that I wasn’t crazy. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
