I've never had a bad experience at this Hungry Howies. Our order has always been correct and it's always super fast. There's an employee named Angela who works there and she's great!! We order almost every week and she's actually reminded me of extra sauce that I've forgotten to order before. She's great!!

My order was fast, accurate, and looked and tasted great! Charles was super helpful and outgoing. The store was clean and inviting. I've been here a few times and the employees are always working hard to complete orders, but seem like they enjoy it. I'll be back!

Get large pizza with one topping an ends up costing another $1 cause stake an chicken are extra cost . But the problem was it only had one piece of chicken on a couple of pieces of pizza an I had to pay extra. Wow. I'll never get it there unless I just want cheese pizza

Ithas been 45 since my food was picked up and is still not here. Called to talk to the staff said nothing they can do and did not offer to comp and portion of the meal. I dont mind waiting for food but for something to be out for delivery for almost a hour when its 2.5 miles away is ridiculous

Gave them a 5 on service because I called ready to nuke the manager because they forgot to put the Cajun seasoning on my crust, and the guy totally made me feel alright about it, he was completely apologetic and offered me a credit, I told him don't worry about it, he insisted on it. Really nice guy, other than the pizza not having the flavored crust I asked for, the food was great. I'll definitely be back, just probably going to check my food before I leave, but that manager is really good at handling angry customers

I placed an order online & when the pizza was delivered it looked like someone had been digging in the pizza so I drove it all the way back to the store! I asked for a refund & a free pizza since I had to drive it all the way back but they only offered to give me a refund which I still haven't received my 27$ refund back to my account so I placed another order while I was there and when the pizza was done & boxed up it still wasn't cooked right & they begun to laugh because I wasn't happy at this point they had wasted my time & at this point I was pissed!!!! Not to mention we had a party at work & everyone wanted to order hungry howies for food and when the person went to pick the food up the young man was questioning the girl that picked up the order asking are you Tammie why you call corporate & tell on me and why you try to get me in trouble the girl had placed the order under my name & the boy thought it was me picking the order up we so he was grilling her thinking it was me & when we got the pizza back to work the pizzas was all made wrong & I didn't call or say anything cause I didn't wanna go through the same thing all over again but that was my last time ever ordering pizza from here again I was treated poorly & still haven't received my refund from 2 weeks ago
Missing some mozzarella cheese on the topping and some burnt on pepperoni pizzas. I had to add mozzarella cheese to the topping and put it in the oven.

5 stars for great customer service and good pizza. We have a strange order of half no cheese bc of an allergy, and theyve called to verify it's done correctly. They've also called to let me know that delivery driver would be late because of an accident road closure, giving me the option to cancel my order for the delay and apologizing for the inconvenience. We wanted the pizza and they kept coming even though a 10 minute ride took an hour. We will keep ordering delivery from these guys!
