I placed an order online & when the pizza was delivered it looked like someone had been digging in the pizza so I drove it all the way back to the store! I asked for a refund & a free pizza since I had to drive it all the way back but they only offered to give me a refund which I still haven't received my 27$ refund back to my account so I placed another order while I was there and when the pizza was done & boxed up it still wasn't cooked right & they begun to laugh because I wasn't happy at this point they had wasted my time & at this point I was pissed!!!! Not to mention we had a party at work & everyone wanted to order hungry howies for food and when the person went to pick the food up the young man was questioning the girl that picked up the order asking are you Tammie why you call corporate & tell on me and why you try to get me in trouble the girl had placed the order under my name & the boy thought it was me picking the order up we so he was grilling her thinking it was me & when we got the pizza back to work the pizzas was all made wrong & I didn't call or say anything cause I didn't wanna go through the same thing all over again but that was my last time ever ordering pizza from here again I was treated poorly & still haven't received my refund from 2 weeks ago

Missing some mozzarella cheese on the topping and some burnt on pepperoni pizzas. I had to add mozzarella cheese to the topping and put it in the oven.

This place is very disturbing, it's very unprofessional, and it is not a place to take your family to sit and eatPersonally, the food itself wasn't bad, but took forever to get because the staff members were too busy sitting back and enjoying conversation rather than actually waiting on the customerYou literally had to knock on the counter or call out just to get someone's attention for them to wait on you. And then, on top of that, they decided that they were going to play inappropriate music about having sex on speaker while they were children from high school and middle school sitting in there, waiting for their parents, including my child who is doing his homework So personally, at the end of the day, the food was not bad, but the service and the employees who work there were horrible.

5 stars for great customer service and good pizza. We have a strange order of half no cheese bc of an allergy, and theyve called to verify it's done correctly. They've also called to let me know that delivery driver would be late because of an accident road closure, giving me the option to cancel my order for the delay and apologizing for the inconvenience. We wanted the pizza and they kept coming even though a 10 minute ride took an hour. We will keep ordering delivery from these guys!

Ordered 6 pizzas for 8th birthday party costing roughly 60 dollars. Couldn’t change a one hundred. Which is absolutely their right, but when we called in the pizza it wasn’t presented to us that we had to have bills smaller than a 20.Dominoes abliged.I would understand not paying with a 100 on a 10 dollar pizza, but relative cost to the amount of pizzas it should have been allowed or notified at order, not when coming to pick up.

Hungry Howie's -Belmont is a great pizza choice. It's chain. It's not gourmet. But, it's always delivered hot, fresh and delicious! Staff is really polite and professional. I've never been inside, so, I couldn't begin to tell you about it, I'll have to do a pick up order. Using the app to order gives you several offers to choose from, and the online ordering system use very user friendly. They have several crust flavors to choose from. We didn't care for the garlic, and typically just go with the onion or butter. My only complaint would be that they kinda skimp on the cheese, but, for chain pizza, they're pretty good.

Is this the best pizza ever? No. But it is pretty good, especially for the price. They are also constantly having deals available on their website too. Speaking of their website, it is very convenient to order pizza. I ordered mine online and it was ready when I got there (granted I got there 10 minutes after they said it would be ready). The fun thing about Hungry Howie's is the different flavors that you can get on the crust of the pizza. This time I went with the garlic one, and it was pretty good. Good pizza, great value especially for busy nights.

They handle a busy shift very well. They did their best to get the food out as fast as possible even with tons of orders coming in. I have Served in managed restaurants for almost 17 years So I know how much it sucks when you're in the weeds. Quick service is a hard industry. I think the employees who worked today did a great job.
