I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. The dining room was clean. Job well done!

Very good food. VERY slow service. They are never ready for an online order pick up. Busy times or not. I’m always one of 5 people waiting for an online order. I’m always waiting 10+ minutes after my pick up time. And with someone with only a 30min lunch break. This is getting out of hand.
They seem to always take priority for the people ordering in shop.

They really need to have an online order station to deal with online orders only.

At this point. I shouldn’t even bother with the online pick up as it seems to be 10x slower

Great subs. Workers care and attitude is hit or miss especially since it’s a chain place and new faces working there are expected every time you go in. What irks me is the way they turn off the online ordering 35 minutes or more before they close. Let’s be real, that’s in hopes the customer won’t come in and place an order. This is a deli, if someone comes in two minutes before close you can slap a sandwich together and have them out before 9pm. Stopping online orders over 30 minutes before close is just employees stealing money from a business while getting paid to stand around and not allowing orders to come in. Get your crap together management, unless you’re also part of that problem then jersey mikes franchise needs to get on it.

It’s challenging to rate this Jersey Mike’s because, for the most part, the food is quite decent. However, my previous experience was utterly disappointing after speaking with the manager, Emma. Emma displayed extreme rudeness and showed a complete disregard for our concerns. This incident left us with a strong desire to opt for a different Jersey Mike’s or substation. It’s unfortunate that managers like Emma don’t prioritize their customers or their job satisfaction. Lastly, I asked to speak with the district manager or the Owner to share some feedback about some recent experiences. And she stated the district manager doesn’t return any phone calls anyways. What does that mean? Wow!

Picked up an order I ordered through Uber Eats. 2 subs and a brownie. Bag is taped so I open it when I get home. I know it’s my order because it has my name and order on the receipt taped to the side of the bag. The brownie is missing. And the condiments/toppings were mixed up on the subs. Contacted uber who only minimally helped after trying to accuse me of picking up the wrong order entirely. Which again, is not true as the bad had my name and order on it and the types of and who he’s were correct but they mixed up the toppings/condiments. The issue was very minimally resolved for an error the restaurant made their part. I also called the restaurant just to make them aware and was met with a rather apathetic “oh, sorry” . And I still have incorrect sandwiches so there’s that.

So when I tell you people don’t want a job. Went in and the red head that look like the Wendy’s girl she wasn’t friendly at all and for the young lady making the sub I ask for light oil and she heavy hands it then I as me being of color was not told have a nice day for the other lady who was a different color was told enjoy your day wow and for it to be in a location that it’s in. 1st and last

I grabbed a sandwich for my Son today and it was so well made that I made another trip to get one as well. I was helped by Adrianna, she was very helpful and polite. An absolute gem. Both sandwiches were wonderful. I was very happy with my service
