The smoked turkey collards ALMOST outshined the turkey wing. ALMOST! The sauce was not too sweet, very flavorful. Absolutely would recommend. And can't wait to eat again!

Saw this food truck at Lowes on Ramsey street. We ordered shrimp and grits, Mac and cheese, collards and banana pudding. As we were at the stop light, I began opening the containers and we sampled our food. It was so delicious, we turned around & went back. We ordered a smoked turkey sandwich, cheese fries, more shrimp and grits, a second banana pudding and some of his lemonade. It was all delicious!!! The food you get looks just like the menu picture, the owner was a wonderful person and boy can he cook!!!
If you see the Jive Turkey truck, stop and try his delicious food, tell him I said hello and let me know here he’s at so I can bust open the piggy bank and head in that direction!!!!

We hired Jive for a drive-thru event yesterday, and I was SO impressed! Philip allowed me to request a limited menu for the event, and he cranked out meals quickly. They were all fantastic. Several people commented on the rice bowl - such delicious marinated chicken and flavorful sauce. Also, Philip checked in with me before the event, showed up early, and was genuinely kind to all of my volunteers who helped serve the food. If you see the Jive truck, you've gotta try it out!

YUMMY FOOD! Jive Turkey came to our apartment complex, and we were intrigued by the menu as it was out of the ordinary and new. We got the Creole Shrimp Bowl, a turkey leg, and a Shrimp Po boy with extra Jive sauce on the side. The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection- I almost wanted to get a second creole shrimp bowl for the next day! The owner is super friendly and greeted us with a smile. You won't be disappointed.

Was looking forward to having a smoked turkey leg at the charlotte Oktoberfest yesterday. This food truck was one of the six food trucks that were participating. They didn't show. The owner said he overslept. Unbelievable. He had 6000 potential customers as a captive audience. Hard to believe anyone would pass up that opportunity.
