for the past few times weve come here there has been a peice of chicken left off , really and i most of the time i get the 8 piece with sides which is over $35 and each time there has been a piece left out . either someone cant count or someones building a plate i dont know . this needs to stop . if this is happening to me its happening to others !

I placed an order in the drive through. When I pick up my order it was not what I had placed… I drove back to the drive through to let someone know that my order was incorrect. The lady who took the order asked me to pull around to the window. When I arrived at the window she then asked me to come inside. I explained to her that I did not have the time to come inside. Her eyes grew larger and she gave me an annoying… look grabbing the bag and walking away. Then a man appeared. I explained to him the situation and he said “ I will fix it for you”. When I receiver the new order it still was incorrect… I just took the order and left thinking maybe that is the best they can do ☹️

Stopped along my route during a trip. Easily ordered and paid online. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Awesome smiles. My meal was ready as estimated. Restroom was very clean. I gave a 4 rating for food only due to my 5 piece nuggets being mych too salty. My 4 piece original meal was ideal.

I’m so pissed off. My husband got us dinner. His crispy 3 piece chicken was fresh hot out the grease. My original 3 piece meal was old taste nasty, and hard. I called to get a refund for my portion not to refund the whole check just for my 3 piece original meal they said they can’t refund a partial meal….are you kidding me right now? This is observed!!!!!

Came tonight for the wedges, was unfortunately told they we're out. No big deal, proceeded to order food, a kids meal & 3 piece combo with 2 legs & thigh. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait on chicken nuggets for a kids meal. Happily waited as my son would have fresh food. After paying i was asked to pull forward even tho no one else was in the drive thru but of course, done so. 14 minutes went by before someone came out to deliver the food. I of course checked & seen 2 thighs & 1 leg. I went to the door the lady just came out of to bring the food & it was locked. I knocked plenty of times, looking at a worker who was presumably off the clock but didn't even bother to look up. I then had to WALK in the drive thru to let them know the situation & she said yeah because our dining room is closed. I told her I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order & just wanted it fixed to take the thigh back. She came back and said they added an extra leg and to keep the rest. I get home AND SEE THEY TOOK THE THIGH AND DIDNT REPLACE IT WITH ANYTHING!!! LET ALONE LEAVE IT & ADD A LEG. Ordered a 3 piece combo and left with a 2 piece 😫

What the hell is this.... my finger is bigger than these pigeon pieces go to photos and take a look I took pic with index finger and I'm not a big guy this is bad i can get rotisserie from sams for $5 that far surpasses this hot mess..

Omg ordered the new wings waited forever only for them to still be pink on the inside wedges were old an hard then when I called back I was put on hold them tried calling again several times no one answered! I want my money back an I could have gotten sick smh

Original chicken was hard. Display had Raspberry Tea but not in store. A Manager was double parked at entrance. Combination locks on restrooms, employees had to try twice to open door.
