I haven’t been to Nillies in about two years, and decided to take my husband for father’s days. He has never been to Nellie’s. I was so disappointed. The 1st time I ate here the food was so good. Today when My family and I went to Nellies my husband got the meatloaf, greens And mac & cheese. He said that it was pretty good. First time there. Service was great! I had the chicken and waffles, the waffles were tasteless and the chicken had no flavor, no seasoning. Nice band playing but too loud, I couldn't hear the people at my table talking.
Very disappointing visit. I regularly visit This location and this was by far my worst visit. The food portions are half the size they used (especially the biscuits and southern rolls)to be and my order came out incorrect. Instead of comping my meal the waitress added another burger to my bill and comped that one. I have never heard of such a thing. Each time I visit I spend upwards of 100-130 dollars each visit. It may be a while before I visit again. If I ever do.
