Best Thai food EVER!!!!

Eric Swaringen

Their Facebook page said they would be open until 8 on Tuesday. My family couldn’t get there until 7:40 and they were shut down and locked up. Very disappointing.

Fantastic, awesome, delicious, spicy. All words to describe the food. Anytime I try a new tie place I always immediately order something at their top tier expecting to be disappointed like always. Noom Yai delivered today with this Red Curry. So flavorful and my tongue hurts so good, the sweats are here. Ask for 5++, you'll enjoy it. The marinated pork is so tender and delicious, and the Tiger Cry is a must. Can't wait to come across the truck again!

The flavors are unreal and unlike anything else in town; the char of the grill on the meat and their amazing blend of tangy spicy sauce and marinades are unbeatable. The tiger cry, the grilled pork, the chicken satay and thai sausage are all amazing and worth the price. Excellent service as well. They made me a life long customerUpdate: if you need any better endorsement, I was drawn to this place because I smelled their food cooking while I was sitting in traffic and it made me turn around to try it. That good.

Had an excellent meal/experience here. There wasn't a line so my service was fast. The food was excellent. Pad Kraw Paw I beleive is what I tried. First time trying the dish, and it was wonderful. The serving size was fantastic and the temp was excellent.I tend to like spicy food and asked for a level 1 out of ten to be safe. Based on this spice level, I think they could could crank it up, so I'd advise being cautious with that ? Amazing find though, try it.

Super Long wait and subpar food. The container was too thin for all the juice from the food so I had sauce all over inside of the bag……I provided a suggestion on just to be mindful of patrons time and instead of being kind they responded rudely and block you so you aren’t able to rebuttal. That’s not how you gain or keep business..I would have given it another shot but being rude is a deal breaker for meUpdate: it is true… unblock me and see comments under your post..you have to take the constructive criticism not just only show the good reviews …you blocked me for merely having a valid concern and where I am located there are not 400 people that’s false. Its not a big event I am referring to if it were that would be understandable. But when people are on their lunch hours they shouldn’t spend it waiting on food orders. I am a champion for smallBusinesses but please do not be dishonest …there are other food trucks some similar in the type of food you serve that won’t take nearly an hour for an order

Being a local small business ourselves we can greatly appreciate the quality and level of care here at Noom Yai. This is one of the best if not the best dining establishments in the area. The staff is beyond personable and are always so kind and helpful.11/10 cannot recommend enough

If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would. If you like spicy, get the Tiger Cry. If you like savory, get the marinated pork. It’s all good. Probably one of the best places to eat in Belmont at the moment in my humble opinion.

Have you ever driven by an interested food place quickly turned around? Yep! So the food truck was very catchy and I had tried it. Everything looked very tasty based on the pictures. We decided to try the spring rolls, milk tea, and beef dish. All the ingredients were fresh and cooked to order. I was able to try the different tea before I ordered. The owners were very friendly and suggested different items on the menu. We definitely will be back.

My sister and I have seen this food truck at Belmont Village in the Advance Auto Part parking lot a few times and wanted to try them. Finally had a chance today, their food is simply amazing! Even on a cold rainy day, this food truck manages to deliver hot delicious food!We had a huge order consisting of the tiger cry beef (think Laab flavored steak strips), Thai fried rice with basil, Masaman Curry, and Moo Ping pork skewers with sticky rice! If you have never tried Moo Ping, you need too. It is heavenly delicious! I was surprised to even see it on the menu very rare to find anyone serving it just because of the prep work. Everything hit just the right spot made fresh to go. Very authentic Thai food. Spice level is on Thai spicy so if you cannot take heat definitely choose mild. We also have the Toro drink and the Pink drink both were good too. They also give you little Asian candy treat too as gift in your bag.Customer service was top notch! They took barely 15 minutes to prepare our big order. The lady taking our order answer our questions and can recommended great options. Ask about their off menu options! If you don't want to wait cuase everything is cooked too order then calling first and picking up is also an option. Appreciate finally having an authentic thai option in Belmont. Will definitely be back!

I am one of the most picky but most open foodies. When I sit here and type this review out. You MUST go to this food truck. Not only do they have some of the literal best food you’ll ever taste but they have this tea that’ll just make you transport to this field of flavor. And the customer service is beyond amazing. I have never talked so highly of a food place like I have Noom Yai. I beg of you people. Try this truck.

Absolutely DELICIOUS. The food was hot and fresh and they serve a variety of authentic Thai dishes. Given the availability of true Thai ingredients in the US - the food was pretty authentic and true to recipes you’ll find in Thailand. The curry dishes are delicious. If you’re a first timer to Thai food - I recommend starting off with the Pad Thai. This is one of my favorite food trucks in the CLT area. Khop Khun Ka Noom Yai ?

Excellent, authentic, fresh. Food trucks are a clean and safe upscale environment to order from. The taste is Thai cuisine inspired with basil and garlic and spice, made to order by chef Noom. Friendly and capable, well run business, we hope to see these awesome folks around well into the future!
