The food was not good. Breadsticks were flat and hard. The pizza was dry. The cinnamon sticks were only good with the icing as they were pretty flat and hard, too. The wings were mediocre as they seemed just thrown together. We wad good our order was ready and so had to wait when we got there. For stated no dine in yet there was people eating there. I will not choose to eat here anymore.

Food was delivered very late and very cold. I called the manager to express my complaint and I was told that there would be a partial refund issued. O.K. That was great but little did I know, they had no intentions of honoring that statement. I waited for the refund that never appeared and had to call to dispute the charges to get a refund that I was promised. A few weeks later they decided that it was o.k. to charge my account again for the same amount that I was promised to be refunded. Don’t trust these snakes that don’t provide go service nor do they honor their own words. And yes I will not be ordering from any pizza hut from now on. Horrible experience, thanks for destroying the fond memories that I once had for this franchise.

First time ordering here and they served me two different types of pan pizzas despite the order being identical and they forgot to include the marinara with the bread sticks. The pizza itself was sloppily made, with all of the sauce in the middle and the corner slices having none. And when I tried to contact customer service through the app, even that was broken.
Needless to say, I won’t be a repeat customer.
The pizza quality was very poor. I’m not sure if it was overcooked or not enough sauce and cheese was on the pizza. We had both a hand tossed and a thin cruse and both pizzas were made poorly.

Made an order for delivery, they took my credit card information. His name was Jason and it was all taken care of, I received a text message saying to have $53.67 ready for the driver I was confused. I called back and they said everything was taken care of, if I had an issue, just call them. Well, I had an issue and they said I would have to pay the driver for 1 large pizza and 18 wings I paid $106. They said they would reimburse me but I’m not sure how. Worst service ever, and your employees need training because I had to pay for there mistake.

I did not know they used Door Dash for delivery. I've had bad experiences with Door Dash and actively avoid them. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again.

We clearly should've read the reviews and gotten a tetanus shot prior to dining at the Belmont Pizza Hut.
Walking in the restaurant was old and dingy. There was no one greeting people who chose to dine in. Someone who appeared to be a guest walked behind the counter and when she did, she said I think you can seat yourself, which we did.
We quickly noticed tables that hadn't been cleaned near the outer windows of the restaurant, 2 area labeled 'this isn't for trash' but were clearly old trash bins, with stuff everywhere.
Our waitress was very sweet and was about the only good thing in this restaurant. The floors were covered with old carpet that looked as if it had been through multiple floods and just looked unsanitary. There was an old buffet that looked old and run down. The benches at our booth sank when you sat in them and all the tables, chairs and benches were old and raggedy. The outside of the restaurant was run down and you couldn't tell if the inside was even open. That should've been the first red flag. The windows were dirty and dingy on the inside.
We ordered and the cheese sticks weren't at all what I remember them being and didn't have much cheese on them. The diet pepsi was flat. It took quite sometime to get our food. We were told our pizza got 'stuck' and therefore burned so they had to remake it. Meat lover pizzas have historically had a lot of toppings - not this time. The crust didn't even taste like Pizza Huts. We asked for parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. We were given the last of the parmesan cheese --- the last?? In a pizza restaurant - how do you run out of that. I don't eat onions and there were several on my pizza.
The only consolation is the waitress took $10 off our order for the wait.
Pizza Hut needs to do better. At this rate, this one is going to close down due to lack of business or the Health Dept could get them first.

I placed an order online at 6:55pm for 7:30pm. once I got there the lady couldn't even find my order so she brings it to the back, I'm thinking they bout to start on it long story short I didn't leave there till 8:05. The girl was unprofessional arguing with the customer's cause they were slow.

It's my dad's birthday today. We ordered two of the new tavern style pizzas for dinner, a pepperoni and a pesto margarita. Margarita pizza came out and didn't have the Pesto drizzle on it. So they took it back, and unbeknownst to my father, they took the pepperoni pizza back and put the Pesto drizzle on it, instead of the Margarita pizza.
Margarita is the only pizza that even comes with the Pesto drizzle, how can you mess that up?
Previous visit about a month ago I ordered a pizza with extra banana peppers. Of course I checked it and it wasn't on there. When asked they "warmed" them up and then placed them on the pizza at the front counter in front of me. Not extra banana peppers at all, more like 7 or 8 of them.
This place is absolutely senseless, whoever owns this must be absolutely clueless how their employees are running this place.
I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out again, but what an absolute mistake. Plenty of other pizza places around, with friendlier employees and no mistaken orders.
We won't be back.
