Well, I went in to sit down and split a pizza, and a couple of beers maybe have the buffet looks like they don't do the buffet, on saturday anyway and don't serve beer anymore. The staff was great. I mentioned wow, disappointment, and they suggested a great place up the road for a good sit down experience for that. I'm giving the help five stars , next time, I'm feeling like a Pizza. I will order 1 2 take out I do like the pizza! And they bearded Buffalo in downtown Belmont, was super!

My brother chose Pizza Hut in Belmont tonight to celebrate his Birthday. We had been prepared that we could dine in but had to order at the counter. We had a wonderful experience tonight. The Manager, Matthew did an excellent job and took really good care of us!! The food was really good and it was clean. We will definitely be back!

This has got to be the absolute worst pizza hut there is, place is filthy on the inside, and outside, definitely do for a complete remodeling. The pizza are overcooked and burnt, hot wings are always rushed and hard, do yourself a favor (SKIP) this location and go to Stanley location, pizzas are always perfect, hot wings are amazing and the the people are super cool and take pride in preparing pizzas, bread sticks, ect. Hands down, Stanley is incredible!!

My pizza was very very light in color. Like it was barely cooked. There was no crisp to the crust it was soggy. The cheese bread sticks were excellent. The cinnamon rolls were raw inside and the frosting was weird with melted butter or something on it. Terrible food. Very disappointed with my order. $35 and ended up throwing out the pizza and the cinnamon rolls. Was disgusting. I have ordered from this store quite regularly and I would say it's normally OK compared to other stores. But this order was disgusting and just subpar. It seems as though the quality wasn't of concern to the staff as they still sent out my order the way it was. Think twice about ordering from this store

First and last visit. When I picked up our to go meal, I noticed this location so incredibly dirty. The amount of black mold covering all of the ceiling air vents was unbelievable disgusting. I’m scared to think of that the kitchen looks like.
Another one star review due to incompetent staff. It should be known this location would rather throw out and waste food because they want to be petty instead of just serving the customer. Walked in on a Saturday to get lunch for my family and it was busy. The person upfront said please wait while they got their drinks. Fine. No worries. Waited and waited. Someone came out to talk to the struggling waitress but completely ignored me. I asked if I could get some help but apparently having a deep voice is a crime because immediately the staff became offended and combative. Instead of just saying sorry and letting me pick up an order that was already paid for they decided to cancel the whole thing while they were handing it to me because I was being “rude.” Wanna know what else is rude? Being ignored in an establishment when asking for help. Got better pizza and service at the dominos up the road. Avoid this place and their incompetent staff at all costs.

Waited over 50 minutes for pizza that they said would be ready in 15 mins. This is beyond ridiculous. The employees here look like they don’t like their job and are on drugs. Please do better sincerely the town of Belmont.

Waited 30 minutes for a DoorDash order that I was told by the manager when I arrived that it was in the oven, 30 minutes later she comes out basically grinning and said that they forgot to start it and it wasn’t started. This cost me time and money, I’ll never pick up an order or order from here again. Absolutely a pitiful establishment.

Tried to contact the store to tell them there was a bug baked in my pizza but I kept getting transferred or hung up on. Plus they said it was the number to the call center not the actual store. Couldn’t even go to the store because I was at work. Very dissatisfied and disgusted with the store and the service. Here’s a picture for reference and to make it more disgusting I noticed it after I ate a slice. I will attempt to Get my money back through my card since they don’t seem to put customers first. Will never go here and most likely to any Pizza Hut again.
