Super friendly! Good beer and food. They have pinball!!!
Went in this evening and it was seat yourself so we opted for the patio. Everyone was sitting outside and only one table inside was occupied. We waited 10 minutes before a waitress came over. She asked what we wanted to drink. We asked for a menu and she said we would have to go inside to look at what was on tap so we left. We have been here many times and usually it is busier but if this is your service I can see why it was not busy and we will not be back.
My husband and I have been to Primal Brewery several times, this time we brought a family member who was visiting from FL. We told her all about the place and that she would love it. We arrived around 6:30 on July 6th and encountered one of the rudest, unprofessional staff members we have ever encountered.
