This Starbucks has really went downhill. It took 20 minutes for me to get a single vanilla latte. Their employees are just...slow. When I went around lunch there was only one girl there working. Seems like management problem that they don't have enough employees or equipment to work quickly.
The Cinnaholic just two shops down has lattes that are just as good, faster, and a little cheaper.

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino, expecting the usual coffee-infused treat. However, I was a bit disappointed to realize that what I received seemed to be just a blend of ice, milk, and Java chips—without any noticeable coffee flavor! For those unfamiliar with Frappuccinos, it's important to know that they typically contain some coffee, which gives the drink its signature kick.
In my case, it felt like they missed the coffee element entirely, making it taste more like a sweet, icy milkshake. It lacked the depth and richness that comes from the coffee. If you're looking for a coffee-flavored Frappuccino, make sure to clarify that it should have coffee, as it seems this might get overlooked. Otherwise, you might end up with just a milk and ice.

I’m not sure what was going on but both employees seemed very emotionless and like they didn’t want to be there. Took over 45 minutes to receive my two drinks. And when I mentioned it was wrong she said sorry nothing I can do. When I asked for a manager I was told they don’t have a manager . Just avoid this Starbucks at this point .

The customer service was awful and the employees were rude. If the customer tells you the correct size of drink they want and it’s on the menu your employees shouldn’t complain about it.
Steven is always so friendly and helpful (he deserves a raise) today Janelle was taking my order, halfway thru entering my number it disappeared. When I asked to input my number she huffed and rolled her eyes. When I asked if she was ok she got an attitude and said he had to start all over. I visit them frequently and have never been treated like that. I will not be ordering there again if she is there.

Charbucks. Over roasted beans. Occasionally on vacation I succumb due to my overbearingly insane caffeine addiction. The bitter. The snobbery. If only they knew there was a world with medium roast Sumatra and a French press. Friends don't let friends drink Charbucks. Be good to one another. Peace and love.
