Very quick service even though they were busy! Although the drive thru also wraps around through the parking lot so it makes it take forever to get out if you walk in to order.

I ordered a small cafe latte without sweetener for $5.50. It was the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee was weak and the milk portion tasted like overheated milk. Food was good—bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich, although decidedly smaller.
Not planning to get coffee from this store again.

Everyone here is so nice. Spacious and comfortable inside with large tables and comfortable chairs. Outdoor patio with shade umbrellas, too. Drinks came out fast and scones and egg bites were fresh.

I’m not quite sure how this Starbucks is still in business. I’ve been here twice and have ordered the same thing. A venti oatmilk latte with 2 pumps mocha and caramel drizzle. And they’ve messed it up both times. Either they forget the milk or charge me for caramel I don’t receive. Visited this location today to give it another chance. I got my drink and immediately knew it was wrong. I went inside. Showed them that they didn’t put the oatmilk or any milk for that matter. She started to remake it and then another customer was complaining about how they messed up their mobile order. They then proceeded to mess up my drink for a 2nd time. Lucky I caught them in the
Process and they proceeded to ask me if I told them at the speaker what milk I wanted and if I said the correct things. Basically tried to gaslight me into believing I was in the wrong and that’s why they kept messing up. Finally the manager made my drink the correct way on the third try. I’m tired of this location. They mess up every time I go. I won’t be visiting this location anymore. I’ll drive to the cox rd location
i came to the drive thru at 9am today, the lady on the speaker was so nice. then the guy at the drive thru. didn’t even say a word, just looked at me, i see him here all the time, so i know all the workers know who he is. he’s always sloppy and today was the last straw. he literally just looked at me and like threw his arm out the window with the chip reader… then stared and i said thank you and he never said a single word, like i honestly thought he was like tweaking out maybe on pills or something. i’ve never experienced this at starbucks, where a worker didn’t say a single word to me! and the rest of the crew is awesome. so this is only to the guy working the drive thru at 9am on 2/19… yall know who he is and he knows who he is too. thanks to the rest of the team for not following that guys bad attitude, everyone else is nice and cheerful at this location.

I drink coffee every day. Sometimes, I have coffee multiple times a day. Since this store is close by, I visit frequently. I’ve gone into the store, used the drive thru, and used mobile ordering. Honestly, I DREAD going here. It takes forever to get what you order, the coffee is hit or miss, and it is an overall negative experience. There are much better local options. I plan to avoid this location as much as possible.

If you go here you better have your fav toilet paper on hand. Unfortunately, this morning Iv had the worst experience I think Iv ever had with a Starbucks. I usually come to this Starbucks quite often in the early morning. There has been multiple instances where my drinks have tasted off and I won’t drink it. I’m also not one to return to the store to complain. But, this morning I ordered a hot Latte. Once again, it tasted funny but shrugged it off And drank it. I became sick. I don’t know if the staff here properly cleans their machines or uses expired product but based off the encounter I had with this drink and the toilet I will never be back. I have nausea and constant diarrhea. It is quite disappointing because iv gave this one location multiple chances and after every trip Iv made and the money Iv spend here, almost every single time the drinks have tasted weird and not like other Starbucks.
