The staff was young but did an excellent job being professional and operating the store. The cashier provided exceptional customer service and the staff seemed to genuinely be happy to work there.
I have no complaints and highly recommend this location.

I only got in the door ,too many frowns and unpleasant looks from staff . I didn't order i just left.

Ordered iced coffee online with 15min pickup and when I picked up (my 9 dollar coffee) all the ice was 90% melted and the entire drink is water down.... you're supposed to ice the drinks when the customer comes to the drive thru!.... I did not ask them to remake the drink because that defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead, additionally I was in a hurry and I'm not going to throw it out just because....

Placed an order mobile for walk in, said ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and still not even being made. What’s the point. On top of it the drive thru is slow and gets backed up to their terrible parking lot which then makes it impossible to back out if you walked in.
People have stuff to do and I like to stop here before work but not when it makes me show up late because I waited half an hour for one coffee.

Horrible workers, however the franchise Starbucks is overall great this location does not hire decent employees, whoever the person was taking orders on 5/22/25 during closing is honestly a liability to the company, she was very rude, demanding, and ignorant, like on the line of incompetence but due to self centered behavior. I don’t want to go too deep because I am NOT one to expect much of customer service workers as it is known to be a difficult job, but this chick was definitely just upset over her own life choices and this is just a warning for those who don’t want miserable energy projected on them, there is multiple Starbucks around tho so it’s easy to get your drinks from one of the other locations:)

I ordered a small cafe latte without sweetener for $5.50. It was the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee was weak and the milk portion tasted like overheated milk. Food was good—bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich, although decidedly smaller.
Not planning to get coffee from this store again.
