My experience here is usually good! I went here on Friday and had the older white gentleman as a barista. He held his hand up at me to pause between items while ordering which I thought was rude. Especially since I only ordered two items at a time between two people. Then when I was paying, he gave himself a $5 tip... My total went from $18 to $23, which I didn't notice until after leaving. I also noticed a younger male barista being rude to a woman asking for the restroom door code. Not sure what was going on at this location that day.

I have been to this location several times and each time I have had to wait on my order 40+ minutes. They do seem to prioritise the drive-through so if you are looking for a bit faster service I would recommend taking that route instead of ordering at the counter or on order ahead.

The vanilla protein latte I ordered was undrinkable. There was no espresso flavor as described. It tasted like bitter warm milk with a strong grassy flavor. Slow service is understandable when the staff is working hard and being friendly. Not the case here.

I absolutely love this Starbucks and the staff they have here. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. I look forward to my daily visit where not only can I get a caffeine boost but good vibes and energy as well. The biggest compliment I can give is their consistency. I am somewhat particular about my drink and they nail it each and every time.

Literally the [consistently] slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Never less than a 25 minute wait for a drink (even a simple Americano) both in the drive through and in-store. In-store is just full of people waiting, the drive through is always a mess and you can never get in/out of the parking lot because of it.

Extremely long wait times, even in the afternoons and evenings when they’re not that busy. Do not stop here unless you have 20-30 minutes to kill.
I always love going to starbucks other then feeling obligated to tip

The staff was young but did an excellent job being professional and operating the store. The cashier provided exceptional customer service and the staff seemed to genuinely be happy to work there.
I have no complaints and highly recommend this location.
