Been there twice. Both times out of core items like turkey, chips, drinks. Missing vegetables. Don't offer certain items but the app let's you order items and then you don't receive them like Subcrunch. If it were not for the two nice ladies working the counter apologizing the entire time they would have nothing. Based on reviews I see here, owner doesn't care. Probably will take this to Corp Subway Franchise team and have a serious audit of this store.

Accidentally placed an online order to this store. Tried to call 3 different times to cancel or at least let them know. someone hung up on every time. Thankfully after informing a worker of this incident at the Hawley Ave. subway she honored my online order. I was very thankful for her. Do better!

They never have anything Normally out of bread out of ham out of turkey the drinks are always empty. It’s not clean. You have a few employees that are sweet. The rest of them just stand there and stare at you. Forgot to mention the basket of condoms in a restaurant

The girl behind the counter was very rude I ask for steak and cheese put frozen steak on sandwich I ask if she could heat meat up she slung it in the toaster oven .I just walked out. Horrible people please shut this place down before someone gets food poison.

Stopped to get lunch at this location and as we walked in the girl behind the counter was in pajama pants flip flops and a night shirt. There are 4 people in the store at this time waiting to place an order. No other employees in site to help. About halfway through TRYING to make sandwiches, the reason I say trying is bc this individual didn’t know what came in any of the sandwiches. Finally a Manager appears and attempts to help. Buy this time I decide to got to Wendy’s across the parking lot and walk out. As we are walking out I hear the manager ask the other “employee” what did we want instead of asking us what the issue was. This is a very dirty and unhealthy store and I will be contacting the Belmont Health Department because there is no way people are not getting sick. Also unsanitary staff!!!!

This place is terrible and the food is not safe to eat. First the employees were talking about there not being any soap to wash their hands or any soap in the bathrooms. The lettuce looked like it was a week old and I left. As I drove away I saw one of the employees outside smoking a cigarette (NO SOAP) county health services need to shut this place down.

Came this morning to grab a sandwich for work . Arrived at 9:10 and they wasn't opened. The door said they open at 9... I can see someone in there and I stood and waited for a few mins and nothing . We to another location
I will not return to this Subway in Belmont at this location on Park Street they were out of the rotisserie chicken which is what I wanted then I go to make my drink the machine is out of coke they don't have sweet tea and then they don't have straws either the service what's okay I didn't move very fast but they were friendly but all in all I will not return to this location

This place is so dirty. I've never seen anything like it. When we came in there were 2 employees behind the counter who had nothing to do. The tables, the floor, everything was dirty. The toilets were so dirty, they must not have been cleaned for weeks. The counter where the food is was also dirty.

Food good, my server was just lazy, a younger blonde/brown haired girl, she came out the back like a sloth, kept saying " what If I told you we are out of it " or " we don't do that here anymore " , asking her to do my order felt like pulling teeth, stop hiring these rude workers, & If you dont want a job get out the way so people that appreciate having one can get hired
