I can honestly say this is the absolute worst subway I've ever been to! Had to wait 10 min for the one worker to get us started because he was working on door dash orders. The owner or manager came out of the bathroom nonchalantly and didnt help until another 10 min passed. Everything was filthy( from the ceiling to the floors) 𤢠The bread they toasted was ripped apart and wasn't even toasted. They were out of subcrunch, bell peppers, and even black pepper.. all the drink lines needed to be replaced (tonic water taste). Flies flying around everywhere. The manager or owner that was on site could care less and it def showed. We should have just left after seeing the first impression of cleanliness. The only thing we didn't see were roaches, but based on everything else I'm sure they are there. Theres no way they scored an A for inspection. If you don't have a sense of quality in your work or don't want to run a business, then don't do it. I promise you'll be doing yourself a favor staying away from this place!!

I recently visited this subway to have lunch, and I immediately recognized that I shouldn't have entered this place in the first place. Everything has to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected! The filthiness of everything was so terrible that I normally try not to leave negative reviews. As she appeared to be working alone to collect orders and complete stocking, I felt terrible for the employee. Whoever owns it ought to feel guilty for allowing those women to work alone. Come in and clean up, at the very least, and do something to assist them. I'm hoping that things will improve in the future.

Stopped here passing through on a roadtrip, 11am-ish. The woman working behind the counter was very sweet and they had everything I asked for. The place seemed clean as well.

Been there twice. Both times out of core items like turkey, chips, drinks. Missing vegetables. Don't offer certain items but the app let's you order items and then you don't receive them like Subcrunch. If it were not for the two nice ladies working the counter apologizing the entire time they would have nothing. Based on reviews I see here, owner doesn't care. Probably will take this to Corp Subway Franchise team and have a serious audit of this store.

Accidentally placed an online order to this store. Tried to call 3 different times to cancel or at least let them know. someone hung up on every time. Thankfully after informing a worker of this incident at the Hawley Ave. subway she honored my online order. I was very thankful for her. Do better!

They never have anything Normally out of bread out of ham out of turkey the drinks are always empty. Itâs not clean. You have a few employees that are sweet. The rest of them just stand there and stare at you. Forgot to mention the basket of condoms in a restaurant

The girl behind the counter was very rude I ask for steak and cheese put frozen steak on sandwich I ask if she could heat meat up she slung it in the toaster oven .I just walked out. Horrible people please shut this place down before someone gets food poison.

95% sure there was a basket of condoms sitting out on display next to the trashcan. Never seen anything like it. Disgusting.
Stopped to get lunch at this location and as we walked in the girl behind the counter was in pajama pants flip flops and a night shirt. There are 4 people in the store at this time waiting to place an order. No other employees in site to help. About halfway through TRYING to make sandwiches, the reason I say trying is bc this individual didnât know what came in any of the sandwiches. Finally a Manager appears and attempts to help. Buy this time I decide to got to Wendyâs across the parking lot and walk out. As we are walking out I hear the manager ask the other âemployeeâ what did we want instead of asking us what the issue was. This is a very dirty and unhealthy store and I will be contacting the Belmont Health Department because there is no way people are not getting sick. Also unsanitary staff!!!!

This place is terrible and the food is not safe to eat. First the employees were talking about there not being any soap to wash their hands or any soap in the bathrooms. The lettuce looked like it was a week old and I left. As I drove away I saw one of the employees outside smoking a cigarette (NO SOAP) county health services need to shut this place down.

I will not return to this Subway in Belmont at this location on Park Street they were out of the rotisserie chicken which is what I wanted then I go to make my drink the machine is out of coke they don't have sweet tea and then they don't have straws either the service what's okay I didn't move very fast but they were friendly but all in all I will not return to this location
