Waited in line for 30 minutes. Give me the wrong freezy. Didn't get one of the burritos I ordered. I went back and got the right freeze and the burrito. Had to wait in line a long time again. I think not enough employees there.

I usually have good experiences at this Taco Bell, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order, and everything seemed fine at first. However, once the employee saw the name on my order (a Hispanic name), the friendliness disappeared completely. He became noticeably rude, didn’t even say “have a good day,” just shoved my food and drinks at me, then slammed the window shut. This has never happened at this location before, which makes it even more surprising. The employee was an older gentleman, very tall (so tall he had to duck to hand the customer in front of me her receipt). Unlike her, I wasn’t even offered my receipt, which I usually get regardless of ordering on the app. The entire interaction left me feeling very disrespected and unwelcome. Because of this, I won’t be returning for a while.

What is going on with the Mexican pizza, they now have this awfull taste.
I went through the drive thru on my way home to get a snack. They are almost always very nice and efficient. I don't like this new automated order speaker. If you don't answer just right, it kicks you over to a person. Otherwise it was great.
