Pickles the Pizza Slice Thief

Good place to get a good snack. I stop here when I'm in Belmont the AI menu is annoying but the staff is pretty friendly and the food quality is pretty good. That's about as good as it gets for fast food highly recommend

I did a Mobile order. Their system was down and the lady asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and my food was just about ready. Always pretty clean inside and out. Quick service and friendly staff.

Lady on the drive through was very rude. She refused to give me the burrito I wanted and kept trying to sell me something else. I guess they want you to eat what’s easy for them or about to expire

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Give me the wrong freezy. Didn't get one of the burritos I ordered. I went back and got the right freeze and the burrito. Had to wait in line a long time again. I think not enough employees there.

I usually have good experiences at this Taco Bell, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order, and everything seemed fine at first. However, once the employee saw the name on my order (a Hispanic name), the friendliness disappeared completely. He became noticeably rude, didn’t even say “have a good day,” just shoved my food and drinks at me, then slammed the window shut.
This has never happened at this location before, which makes it even more surprising. The employee was an older gentleman, very tall (so tall he had to duck to hand the customer in front of me her receipt). Unlike her, I wasn’t even offered my receipt, which I usually get regardless of ordering on the app.
The entire interaction left me feeling very disrespected and unwelcome. Because of this, I won’t be returning for a while.
