Just as I finished placing my order the cook decided to clean the grill. So add 15 minutes to my wait ...I'm not complaining because it was Christmas Eve and everyone else was closed. Needless to say after a long wait I got my 2 patty melt (sandwiches not plates ) for $20

This location is more often than not, hit and miss on food quality and service. Worsening with time.
Perhaps it is due to the employee turnover rate. There were no familiar faces at this visit. Not everyone can run a grill. Much talent is required. More emphasis needs to be put on retaining quality grill chefs.
Waiting tables is not a job for just anyone either. Being successful server requires...
