I have been enjoying their salads for years but they have so severely downsized their salads, I am done. It's basically a side salad with a full meal price. So many delicious and much larger fast-food salads available right around the corner, why would I ever go back to Wendy's?

Both the service and food quality made this experience very disappointing. We walked up to the register and waited for the cashier to be ready, and when she looked at us after typing onto the screen I told her my order and then she made me repeat the entire order back to her. And even with repeating it all again it still wasn't right and my burger had items I asked to have removed from it. And then the reason we had gone was to try the new tenders. Then when we had already been on our way in the car and opened the tenders only to see two of them were half the size advertised we did not feel as though we got what we paid for. Very disappointing, do not recommend especially when there are so many other fast food restaurants around.

My order was $5.35, I handed the cashier $20.35; $14.95 is not correct change!!! The combo comes with a drink, should I really have to ask for my cup? Then again nevermind, that question may confuse someone.

Items missing from the order, wrong items and the chicken on caesar salad looked old. I called to report this was basically told take it or leave it. The whole order is messed up minus one item. The customer service in general sucks.

I’ve never ever had an issue with customer service or my food order at this location! All other location in charlotte that I’ve been to have messed up in some way. Amazing job here! Love the team! Keep it up yall!

Went thru the drive thru, it was fast but I was a little upset to find out that they no longer have the Carolina Classic. This should be on the menu all the time.
