We finally got to try this restaurant today as our monthly family luncheon and it was everything that we were told. Today we tried the country fried steak and the hamburger steak plates. The okra was amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever tasted, they reminded me of wedges due to the size, yet cooked perfectly. Oh my goodness! We found this great country restaurant and gift shop. It has a family atmosphere along with some very friendly staff. This will be our new favorite Saturday hangout!!!
My mom and I stopped by here very hungry after noticing this place along the way while helping a family member move. We weren't presentable in the slightest after all the lifting and sweat, but we were treated very kindly anyway. The waitress (I apologize I don't remember your name at the moment) is very helpful and knowledgable with the menu, customer service and sales.
