Free parking lot in front of business. Small dining room area with a few tables and chairs. The walls don’t have much art on them compared to older photos of the business, it’s extremely modern and boring now. Plenty of bagels and desserts in the display case, staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I ordered one of the breakfast platters and they forgot to give me a coffee cup with it, also ordered the big Steve, it’s not worth the price compared to the breakfast platters. Also they have no prices listed in the building so you have to ask the cashiers for the prices of everything which is NOT helpful. Waited about 15 minutes for my food so not a terrible wait.

I stopped to get fuel at the gas station and wanted to grab some breakfast. I pulled up Google maps to look at where I could park in order to go get some breakfast at Wendy’s when I just happened to see the bagel shop on the maps. So glad I didn’t go to Wendy’s. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel and it was phenomenal. Also had the cream cheese danish, which was equally as impressive. Friendly staff and fantastic food! Well done, and I highly recommend.

Very disappointed!!! i was told by locals that this was one of the best places to eat at for breakfast But today, I don't plan on going back. I understand that they're very busy in the morning, but it seems very unorganized.. There was only one person making the sandwiches and one person taking orders while everyone else is just standing at the grill. I've been to this place 3 times now and every time I place my order, it's always wrong. The fact that I had to go to food lion to get the rest of the ingredients for my sandwich is ridiculous. I also understand that a lot of employees there are young, but they're very ignorant as well. They like to give attitude and disrespect customers. I witnessed that today. I personally was not disrespected by anyone but i feel for the old man that was. DO BETTER.!!!

This place has seriously gone down hill. There used to be a line out the door waiting for their bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Went in with my son today and they had hardly any bagels, there was no line but we stood there for 10 minutes without being addressed by anyone. One girl literally stood there doing nothing and couldn’t even take our order. I have no issue if a business is busy and they address us and tell us they’ll be with us in a moment. However, the place had maybe 3 people in it.

This is quite possibly the worst New York style deli in the Raleigh area. If you have about an hour to spare stop in for a bagel because it’ll take you about an hour to get your food even if there’s only about one or two people in front of you in line.

We love the bagels. Have been there many times and everyone has always been friendly except today.. Not sure if they have changed ownership or what but the older lady is very rude. She was very rude to my son-in-law on the phone. When I got there to pick up the bagels she had not put one down. She was very rude about it. The young people working were as friendly as they could be. If she is the owner she should take lessons from her staff!
I told the lady at the counter that I wanted over easy eggs. My eggs were burnt when they served me.

I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged my existence. Finally an employee asked me if I had been helped. She was not very nice and I felt like I was bothering her. This used to be a great place to eat. New management needs to figure out the ins and outs of customer service. FYI, others feel the same way as me.

Let me just say this bagel was daaaaamn good. First of all service was super fast and considerate. I grabbed a warm Gatorade they had just stocked the fridge with and didn’t say anything about it being warm but they offered to give me a cup of ice just so l could enjoy it without me asking. The bagel was also firrrrreee. I got an everything bagel bacon egg and cheese plus cream cheese and was genuinely impressed with how good the bagel was and I can be picky! I will be driving the 30 minutes it takes to get me here again.
