These bagel sandwiches were massive and tasted great! Everyone was nice and cordial. So glad I only live 20 minutes away when people are driving an hour to get here according to reviews. I will be coming here a lot more often! The salmon and loch w/ capers - a work of art!

Went here this morning for Mother's Day, was immediately yelled at not once, but twice to close the door by an older woman working for holding the door open for my elderly mother and, Wife, and Two Daughters for no reason at all, THAN, while looking at the menu, I was watching a roach walk across the menu board, and a lady in the store says, eww I literally just saw another roach fall of the menu board and land right where they were prepping the food.Was going to give this place a shot, but now I will let everyone possible know to avoid this slimey spotThere are many better places that respect their customers and clean their restaurant.

So crowded and for good reason!! The bagel sandwiches are excellent, croissants are buttery and flaky, and the cinnamon rolls are delicious and do not depend on a ton of frosting to be that good! All the folks working there are pleasant and friendly. 40 minutes from the house but will be going again! Prices are super reasonable too.

I love this breakfast food. So fresh and food. The service was fast and the staff was on top of everything. The prices are so good giving today's prices. This is one of one of my favorite places for breakfast!!!

Looks like the owner hasn't checked out my previous yelp. I was able to get my call in order quickly because a woman told me she had been waiting almost 20 minutes and had to get to church so she left without her food. I then waited only 10 minutes for my number to be called. I am going to yelp about Big Steves for the next few weeks to see if it improves. See my previous post for ways to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Killer bagels! Friendly staff, the shop is like a throwback to all the great NY and NJ bagel spots.
My husband and I had bagel sandwiches here about a week ago and they were very good. Fresh ingredients and fast service. We will be back.

It's a small place, heavily decorated with memorabilia and pictures, and is packed with people as soon as they open--it has very fast-paced service, and you had better know what you want or be prepared to be decisive. This is all because the food is really, really good, and they offer a selection that would appeal to the pickiest eater. The ladies behind the counter got me and my dad in and out in a flash with a pair of steaming bagels loaded with toppings and some sodas. It was an absolutely delicious breakfast, and me and my dad are big fans.
