Had a mobile app order they got everything wrong. They included condiments I did not want. They added onions and Iām allergic. I tried to take it back to the drive-through and ask for a refund. They told me they couldnāt do it since itās a mobile order. good luck getting a refund for the mobile order. They responded five days later and asked for pictures /proof or they couldnāt give me my money back

Fresh food, amazing service, and genuine kindness!
I stopped by the Burger King in Benson, NC, and honestlyāit was the best experience Iāve had at a Burger King in years! The food was incredibly fresh, easily the freshest Iāve had from BK since I was a kid. Everything tasted hot, well-prepared, and made with care.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The team was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. They didnāt just tell my wife that āShe Rules!āāthey made sure she felt it, and that genuine kindness really made our day.
Itās rare to see that kind of enthusiasm and pride in service these days, but this crew clearly loves what they do. We left smiling and fullācanāt ask for more than that!
Highly recommend this location if youāre passing through Benson or just craving some classic BK done right. šš

There was one young man working both windows, this afternoon, and he had such a wonderful attitude! He smiled, made sure he asked if we needed any sauce, greeted us and told us to have a great day.. and he meant it. Great service. The food was great too! Loved the cotton candy drink.
