Wow! I'm staying at a nearby hotel for work. Decided to get dinner within walking distance. What a pleasant surprise! One of the best burgers ever! Keep up the good work! Double burger, fries and soda: 13 bucks before tip!

Today as I type this I just spent $25 on two burgers ( double meat )for my wife and I that were kid size. After recently moving to the area and new to CharGrill I saw that what I got as soon as I got my food was not the bigger burger so I went up to the cash register and explained I did not want such a small burger as I did not mind paying more or the difference. I just got done with a 6 hour drive and was hungry. Sadly the manager turned me away and I left still hungry after paying 25 bucks on kid size burgers. I will never eat here again.

Food would have been better with a little salt. They had no salt at all. Even asked could we get some salt from the kitchen. My reply was, there is no salt in the house.

The food is usually good but I question the preparation. While I was waiting for my order, one person was working on the buns and condiments. He had gloves on but pulled his phone out of his pocket, looked at something, showed it to the girl cooking, put it back in his pocket and continued working on the buns. He did not change the gloves. I hope it wasn't my burger.
Forgot my chicken tenders and they still charged me. Bad service. And also cash only but they have scanner.

I remember once upon a time the original chargrill in downtown Raleigh had one of the most awesome burgers in the world and fries as well. Then they decided to expand. So fast forward to a trip to the local char grill in Benson. First of all. The price is oh my god. I could have went to a steakhouse for this price. It was $21 and some change for two burgers two fries and regular drinksThe hamburger patty itself was small and no flavor at all. The fries were okay but the hamburgers Left a bad taste in my mouth literally. I heard recently that the original one in Raleigh reopened. I might try them out sometime soon and see if they're still any good because this experience did not remind me of the good old days at chargrill
