Domino's Pizza

Called in a delivery order and was not given the specials that were asked for nor did I receive all the food that was ordered. Called the store back and was told we are really sorry but with not resolution or good customer service. Will not use them again! Their mobile app never works and the kids working there have no clue whats going on.

I tried ordering pizza on Dec 5 for delivery first off they said they didn’t have the chicken bacon ranch so I got something different girl took my order not 5 minutes later manager called told me we were out of the delivery range when I get pizza from there all the time told me someone could come pick it up but she in order to take off the delivery fee she had to cancel the order then re ring I asked her if she could make a exception and gave it delivered anyway because the girl that took my order didn’t tell me we were out of range of delivery and the manager said they had just changed it I don’t believe it at all I would not recommend this place

I ordered my pizza at 4 minutes before 6 and it is 7:05 , still no pizza. Tracker said it was going to be delivered at 6:27 but nope. Called at 7pm and was told not evdn made yet

Ordered through the app and went to pickup my order. Apparently they forgot to make the pizza. They said they would remake it so I said okay. I go back and they forgot to make the wings. At this point it’s over 40 minutes waiting for 1 pizza and 8 wings with like 10 workers in the building ….. very dissatisfied

wont deliver to my house because im an angier address and theyre in benson, 2 miles away from my house, i hope yalls ovens explode

Tried to order at 11:20 they close at 12:00 nobody would answer the phone and online rejected me Called twice nobody would answer phone. So i guess they really close at 11 The hours are very misleading or they’re just lazy and quit early?

Never really had any issues whatsoever when ordering except one time when they had a crazy deal going on which is completely understandable. Pizza is always good. I haven’t really ordered anything else.

I ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party from this location. I called the night before to place the order for pick-up the following day. The order was ready on time, all of the pizzas were hot, fresh, and tasted great! This is the second time I've used this location for a large order and both times I was happy with the service and the food.

This place is always on point. I’ve been ordering here for almost 2 years now, and have only had one issue with an order (which was taken care of immediately by staff). Anytime I have a late night craving, I know I can count on them to come through.

I have ordered this pizza probably five different times now. This pizza tonight is by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from here. For starters it is soooo greasy. I also ordered extra cheese but the cheese on this pizza is crazy! I have to say I am highly disappointed. Luckily my grandson will eat it because I will not. My delivery person was exceptionally polite as usual.

We ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas. They were not good. My hubby never complains and said it was awful. No taste. Even in the garlic sauce. $53....never again!
