This place is terrible served me a pizza with no sauce and you can't call store so they can fix your food this has been ongoing problem I believe they need to be shut down or restructured they turn off there phones late at night so if they mess up your order dont expect to talk to anyone but a robot who is dumb and repeats the same questions instead of getting help 0 stars terrible service and they always leave the shop early with the pizza I stay 3 Minutes away and it took them 35 minutes to get to me terrible service

Have ordered several times and pizza were not just off a little, they were completely wrong. They will refund with hesitation, ONLY AFTER YOU DELIVER BACK TO THE STORE. take the extra time and go to mcgee’s crossroads.

Kind of bummed, got two large pizzas hand tossed, got home. Thin crust thinner than a thin crust. Flavor was there and delicious, but the whole reason for hand tossed is that crust.
Update: Manager Susan spoke with me and apologized. They fixed the order with fresh pizza

We order pizza from this location a lot and it seems lately their service and food has gone down. This last time was the breaking point. We ordered 2 medium pineapple/sausage pizzas and after 1.5 hours they dropped off 1 med pepperoni pizza, which was AWFUL. Looked old, dry and was terrible all around. We called and spoke with the gentleman who was not polite and actually hung up on us after he said it must have been a wrong delivery. Didn’t eat the pizza and called the next day and spoke with another manager that was apologetic and sent us our order and just had to pay delivery fee. The pizzas that arrived were also a disappointment, when it was their time to shine. The toppings and cheese were in the middle of the pizza and didn’t even reach the edges and the crust was paper thin and just didn’t taste good. I will not order from there again and it takes a lot for me to post a negative review.

I see many new faces at this location and the food has gotten so bad. They are allergic to cheese and don’t know how to work the oven. Burnt food is what you will get with no cheese. Check your food before you leave now with the new crew.

I come to work in Benson @11p, not even a mile from this place, and now twice I've ordered at 1135 only for my order to be cancelled bc they close at 12.. They close at 12, not stop taking orders beforehand though I'd think ..
JUST DON'T ORDER HERE!! It's never good when you actually get them to deliver it! I was redeeming a coupon for a messed up order 🤷♀️

The general manager of the place was very rude. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni I have to do this all the time because they never put enough well they still didn’t make it like I wanted it and when questioned about it I was treated like a dog by her. She also made another one of my pizzas completely wrong and wouldn’t even stop making pizzas to come talk to me about it. I’m very disappointed in domino’s making her manager or in charge of anything. She needs customer service classes bad. I’ve wrote this whole review while waiting on the phone to try to get a replacement made the manager want even come get the phone I’m on hold
Absolutely horrible customer service. We placed an order through the app at 5:47 PM it should have been ready within 27 to 37 minutes. I checked the app multiple times and our pizza had not even been made so I gave them a call at 6:28 PM. Spoke with someone who couldn’t even answer my questions so I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager and found out that they did not have but one driver and it would be over an hour and a half to two hours before our pizza would be delivered to us. I asked if there was any way for them to refund us just the delivery fee and we would go pick it up which is not an option. He said that we would have to do a regular refund which could take up to seven business days and then place a new order and pay again, which is absolutely ridiculous because I’m not paying 80 something dollars for two pizzas and one pan of brownies. we have ordered from this location multiple times and the last few times we’ve ordered our food has been wrong it’s been cold or extremely late being delivered. I definitely would not recommend this location.
