Coffee was good once I found it. It took a 3rd employee after standing at the pickup counter where the mobile to go shelving was for 10 mins before someone finally said “did you check at the front counter? By the cash register?” Apparently there is a little hidey hole for the real mobile orders. Beware if you’re placing a mobile order. Look in every little space in the store for your order. Perhaps you’ll find it hiding somewhere. 🙄

App says they open at 6am. Google maps says they open at 6am. Ordered through the app at 6:10, pulled up at 6:20 only to be told they don't open until 6:30 (when I'm due into work) and that they couldn't do anything. Also told they couldn't do a refund and to talk to the people at the app. Ridiculous.

I always have a great experience every time I visit this Dunkin’! No matter how busy it gets or what kind of chaos the day throws at her, the manager always brings such amazing energy to the store. She handles every situation with grace, keeps the team moving smoothly, and somehow still finds time to greet customers with a smile. I’ve been here a few times since it’s the only coffee near me and they are so much slower than the one in Clayton. My hot drink is occasionally wrong but every time I get a frozen/cold drink it’s made wrong and not even the correct flavors. Today I got just a cup of steamed milk because they forgot to put the coffee in it..

Extremely unprofessional. Employee were singing and yelling across while we stood and waiting to have our order taken. The employees were extremely unprofessional while taking our order running away laughing and joking around. Employees were also vaping in the small office right next to the donuts. Flies were also all over everything. Disgusting and just unprofessional. I get having fun at work but this was a bit extreme. Will not be returning.

Went through the drive through to get a bunch of munchkins and donuts for my son's class. The women working the drive through were very friendly. My toddler was upset in the back which made it hard to hear and the women was very patient & kind, very different experience from a similar situation I've had at the one on 42. Would definitely recommend going to this location instead. My son's class enjoyed their munchkins & donuts

This is the best Dunkin donut around, my avocado toast was on point. My pumpkin latte was awesome and my apple donut and the customer service was so awesome. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would. Thank you so much! Y'all made my day today
