Anytime I go in. I have an amazing experience with the amazing employees the way that the drinks are made. I give them free Raine to make whatever they want from me and charge me however, much it is I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always friendly upbeat, even the manager, even when something’s going wrong has the best attitude and she’s always trying to hype them up. I just love it there.

I ordered two hot coffees. They were lukewarm at best. They need to at least microwave the coffee before serving it, if it's not hot. Waste of money.

Took several minutes to greet us at the drive through. No “be with you in a second” nothing. Also took several minutes when we got up to the window to even pay and make our coffee. This Dunkin is awful

Order a coffee. Get up to the window and they say it's on the house today. Take off the lid and it looks like this. I would rather have paid.

The last couple times I’ve gone to this Dunkin, they have not had good service nor food options, I’ll place an order ahead, just to arrive and them tell me they don’t have any of the donuts I ordered, or even receiving my bagels cold, I placed in my order ahead to be quick just to get there and have to re-choose all of donuts. My point is why do we even have the app to place orders ahead, just for us to arrive and not get what we ordered, it’s frustrating and disappointing. Be better Dunkin!!

Not my favorite Dunkin but it does the job,not sure if its due to this location sharing a gas station but there's always a decent wait time, not sure when I've ever actually had my order taken mostly told to use the order kiosk. The gas station clerks are nice though

Asked for 2 drinks, vanilla latte and iced vanilla coffee. Neither were vanilla, both incredibly bitter, asked the gentleman at the drive thru if it had vanilla and he shook his head yes and closed the window. Don't think I'll go back here anymore

Placed an order for 7 dozen assorted to be picked up at 7a the following day. Took the order over the phone. Picked up the following morning and the order was ready and exactly how we had asked for it to be The young lady helping me at 7a was polite and very helpful.
This order was for a meeting at a construction company that builds churches. I made sure that everyone attending that meeting knew who all helped me, the location and the experience that I had.

Coffee was good once I found it. It took a 3rd employee after standing at the pickup counter where the mobile to go shelving was for 10 mins before someone finally said “did you check at the front counter? By the cash register?” Apparently there is a little hidey hole for the real mobile orders. Beware if you’re placing a mobile order. Look in every little space in the store for your order. Perhaps you’ll find it hiding somewhere. 🙄

App says they open at 6am. Google maps says they open at 6am. Ordered through the app at 6:10, pulled up at 6:20 only to be told they don't open until 6:30 (when I'm due into work) and that they couldn't do anything. Also told they couldn't do a refund and to talk to the people at the app. Ridiculous.
