The food is really good, but it's aggravating that their app for online ordering won't allow you to online order. It'll allow you to add items to an order but won't allow you to check out. If a location doesn't support online ordering, remove that location from the list of locations from which you can order online.

My first time at Hwy 55 and the food was sloppy as hell. I ordered chili cheese fries and I got a small fry and not enough chili to cover the fries. The hotdogs couldn't even be picked up because they were so sloppy. I wasted my money and I won't be back.

Thick burgers, delicious custard, but sides need work. First time try. Drive through went smoothly. I asked for help ordering and was met with a kind and patient order taker. The menu is big, so I'll be back to try more. Started with the American (no. 1), no pickles. Fries. Tots. Cherry Concrete. My friend went with a plain bacon cheese burger. Chocolate chip cookie dough fudge concrete. Burgers, thick and well seasoned. Tots, needed more time in the fryer. Fries, no seasoning and could be better. Concretes. Fantastic. Custard is light rather than heavy. Mix ins good quality.
A newly built building, haven't been able to try since they have open only 5 miles from my home. Today, I was able to stop by.Not what I had expected, from a well known established business. Soggy hamburger. The bun appeared to have a microwave texture soggy. Very mushy experience. I normally leave a positive side to my review, but I couldn't find one for this other than the server at the drive thru was pleasant .

If I was into buying a fast food chain, I'd buy this location. Your entire staff wanted to be there and that makes all the difference from other chains, to you. Personally, I'd rather have one of your burgers vs another fast food joint, and you can thank your staff cause everyone was very nice and attentive. Walking through your door, the cleanliness, but one shirt was untucked from their jeans, not one chair was out of place. I'd like to hire your staff to clean my place once a week lol. You've got a great thing at this chain, just the experience I received, I'd give the entire staff a raise.

First ever burger take out meal. Got home to find the order incorrect and the burger very rare. My estimate would be the burger was cooked way lower than 160 degrees. In good conscience I could not recommend this establishment.

I tried to order our dinner so I could pick it up on the way home but found out customers are no longer allowed to pre-order food without going through a delivery service and having it delivered. When I tried to call in my to-go order I was told that service is not allowed either but Hwy 55 has a fast drive thru and my order would be ready when I got to the window so I tried it and only had to wait 7 minutes in the drive thru before I placed my order and 7 more minutes before I made it to the window. Not exactly fast.On my next visit a week later, I went inside to order and I asked the man who appeared to be in charge why customers are not allowed to call-in to-go orders. To my surprise he looked shocked and surprised that I asked the question and a waitress spoke up and said "corporate no longer supports the app that allows orders to be placed online ". I repeated my question about me calling that store and placing an order with a person and she explained the staff doesn't have the time to take orders.Why is it ok for Hwy 55 customers to spend their time and money ordering from a food delivery service but not from the restaurant itself saving the customers time & money?I think Hwy 55 management has its priorities messed up.

They have the best customer service. The food comes in next. I think they offer a good selection of cook out food. The milk shakes are good.
