Amazing food! I got the Hibachi steak with rice & veggies & my tray was FULL. There’s a lot of deceiving comments but honestly this has been the best spot with such amazing prices! The staff is also amazing & super friendly. Overall 10/10 definitely worth the visit!

First of all, the young lady taking orders, was not friendly. The phone rang as I was trying to place my order. She cut me off and answered the phone. I asked her if they could make my order gluten free. She said yes, no problem. They did not have gluten free soy sauce. I placed the order assuming that they would not cross contaminate. Boy was I wrong. I got really sick from the food. She assured me that there would be no problem. My husband ate my leftovers and he did not get sick. Gluten sensitivity is a real thing. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE.

I was excited about eating there. And food was definitely dry and unseasoned. Very bland. I even ordered a side of extra veggies and that made me even more disappointed 😭

We needed a place like this in Benson. The food was very good, with substantial portions, good prices, and excellent quality. I really don't understand the negative reviews, but I'll definitely be a regular customer! Give it a try; you won't be disappointed. I've read that people comment that the hibachi is a little dry for their taste, but if you're looking for juiciness, you should order the teriyaki. I absolutely love the food here.

Food was bland, customer service was most unfriendly, atmosphere was dark and plain, food was reasonably priced, however after spending over $50 I was told I would need to pay for extra white sauces.

Go to Hibachi USA at 40/42! It’s always delicious, all the white sauce you could want, SUPER friendly staff always, bright and joyful atmosphere!

I ordered hibachi chicken and steak. The food tasted ok but a little dry. The meat doesn't have much flavor and the rice is white rice with not enough seasoning. The yum yum sauce is rather bland. I can say the portions are large and price is fair and reasonable. Definitely not Kanki or Kobe but would eat here again but try something different.

Take good was good. 👍🏻 Walk in wait time on this Sunday was quick.
Front of house Staff were very friendly and helpful with the questions and order.
Place is clean and menu boards are easily readable.
Hibachi steak and chicken Combo is an excellent amount of food. So are the single Hibachi.
Crab Rangoons were good and sweet. Spring rolls were good as well.
We appreciate the new options in the area for dinner.

These spring rolls! What sorcery is this?
A perfection of a crispy exterior and a fresh, flavorful filling along with the deliciously balanced, sweet chili sauce that's thick enough to stick to the rolls...these are a masterpiece of flavors and textures. Perfectly seasoned and prepared. Umami 🤗

Immaculately clean place, lovely staff… and a menu that tastes like it was designed by someone holding a personal grudge against flavor. The meat was so salty I’m convinced it’s trying to pickle my internal organs, while the rice was so bland I checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally ordered a plate of warm air. The veggies looked like they were cut by three different people who weren’t speaking to each other. Thankfully, each entrée comes with a comically large ramekin of yum yum sauce so you can drown your meal, your taste buds, and your will to live all at once. We also tried the crab rangoons—‘tried’ being the key word—wrapped in thin, limp spring roll wrappers that turned soggy faster than a paper towel in a puddle. Truly an emotional rollercoaster of disappointment.

I was hesitant at first being as they just opened. This place has amazing food! And for a great price! We don’t live far and we will put it into our weekly regimen. Great job!
