Being from Long Island NY this pizza was very very close to NY pizza the staff is always great and service remarkable but they changed the pizza and crazy cheese bread. If they use the same dough for their other menu items, they won’t taste good either, Very upsetting. We were in the restaurant yesterday 12/14/24. I don’t know why they thought they needed to change the pizza the way they did. The crust is VERY bland and sauce for some reason tastes like poppa John’s. The crazy cheese bread is no longer crazy it’s just blah. The service was awesome and waitress was very attentive. Why did you change the pizza? Was it because of bidenomics? If so I can understand but PLEASE PLEASE find a way to bring back the old way! All my family and I all agree that this new style is not for us and will travel to garner to our other place that we like. Like I said, service is top notch but the pizza is no longer pizza. Sad too we are only 3 minutes from this location.

Called in a to go order of 2 lasagnas and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and was told it was almost ready. I paid and was asked to have a seat. I sat there for almost 20 additional minutes before my food came out. So, 20 minutes turned into 40. This was the second occasion that this happened. I let the first one slide, as I know things happen sometimes. When I got home and opened my lasagna, the grease was pooled on top of the dish. Not appetizing to say the least. Not sure what happened here. Seems like this restaurant has just lost it's luster.

After waiting almost an hour, the appetizers and my salad came. Fried mushrooms had a very freezer burned taste. The cheese on my salad was wet and mushy. The food used to be stellar here. There were 3 in my party. After waiting an hour and a half and still no food, I went to check on things. Our server was super sweet, but approaching the counter and seeing how messy and disgusting the prep and cooking areas were, not a good look. I asked how much longer would it be, and she couldn’t tell me. I politely went ahead and asked for the check for our drinks and the nasty appetizers. Tipped the server and we went somewhere else there were other people leaving that sat there longer than us and still hadn’t gotten food. The booths are super worn out and it feels like you’re sitting on the floor with your chin on the table (I’m 5’8” for reference). The place has a super dingy atmosphere. I really hope they can improve and get back to what they were a year ago, because there really aren’t many good restaurants that aren’t just Hispanic or Chinese around.

I'd eaten takeout from here a year or so ago and I have highly recommended this restaurant to others. Tonight my family of three went to dine in since we were in the area. We were seated and received our drinks quickly. Our server was very sweet. We placed our orders and then waited, and waited, and waited....for nearly and hour.We ordered a calzone, a burger and spaghetti. Our food was delivered in stages. My calzone was out 5 minutes before anyone else's. Then my husband's burger, and finally the plate of spaghetti. The food was as good as I remembered, but not worth an hour's wait.

I spent $50.00 on a spaghetti, ravioli, a burnt chicken hero with therong toppings and another pasta that I couldn't even recognize or eat. Going to try and post a pic of it. Y'all guess what it is if you can reply to my review.
