i absolutely love this place... although I've only been twice while on the roadtrip back to fl, it's always just that good! as soon as u walk in, it just smells amazing and the lady that works at the register is so smiley and kind! plus, the little town this is in is worth a visit just on its own. the most quaint, quiet and cute town! i highly suggest the cinnamon roll, its the perfect size and soo goodDietary restrictions: gluten free! not organic or non gmo which is what i normally do but still... you gotta have a treat every once and a while :)Parking: plenty of room, just in and out anyways

Thrilled to find a GF specific bakery. Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, lots of options. The vanilla bean scone was amazing and still warm. Can't wait to try my other goodies. Will definitely be back, often!
PJ’s makes the absolute BEST desserts I’ve ever had. I have a soy allergy and have tried numerous bakeries that offer vegan options - I’ve even tried to make my own cupcakes, cakes, and other desserts, and nothing will ever come close to PJ’s. I have told so many of my friends and family about PJ’s because everything is so good you don’t know they’re vegan/gluten free/ made with more thoughtful ingredients. I’ll never order desserts from any other bakery again. I couldn’t recommend PJ’s more.

AMAZING!! no other word for it. I Have been coming here for a couple of years now and the items just keep getting more diverse and better tasting, if that is even possible. I live a few states away, but i buy up as much as i can and freeze it, when i do pass. Today we had a cream cheese swirl bread for breakfast. OMG better than any cream cheese pastry i ever had. They even have a Mail order service ! Completely Safe GF. I feel special to have a place to feel normal again. THANK YOU JP. The people towing the boat south.

I would have paid 100 bucks and my firstborn for the carrot cake I got. I cried. The cake was moist and sweet and perfect. The frosting was unbelievable. They actually put enough frosting on it to have some with each bite of cake. My boyfriend (who is not gluten-free) loved it also, and I actually ended up having to hide it from him. If you are down this way, you have to stop. Everything I got was wonderful. Biscuits, cinnamon rolls, cheese danish. But that carrot cake.... ❤️
Amazing - biscuits were to die for and one of the things I miss most about having to be gluten free for ~15 years. This place makes it easy and delicious to indulged in treats without the labor. The choices and variety in the shop were exciting. Cakes and cinnamon rolls are also a must try.
