This place has undergone a major transformation thanks to the new team. Congratulations to Mrs.Jones on her beautiful marriage & God bless their hard work & efforts. We ordered here after a long day and the food was so delicious. The restrooms were sanitized and the dining room was also clean. I was smiling like the kfc man in the pic after eating it was so good. UNEDIBLE chicken @ kfc. Over 40 bucks on a family meal. No one could eat it. Every bite a mouthfull of salt. We were all sitting around spitting it out. The Colonel would be absolutely embarrassed. Never going back there.

This place has the worst service I've seen in a long time. They we're more concerned with talking about who they were dating and what they was gonna eat, instead of making sure that the food comes out in a timely manner..I was on a doordash pickup and by far the worst experience out of my 200+ deliveries...then when I finally expressed that enough time has passed (over 8 minutes ) the employee that was enjoying her taco bell had the nerve to tell me to relax, umm excuse me..in my head I was like you need to relax on that dog food..teehee??...an so to wrap this rant up...tacobell in benson train your employees on how to be professional in your establishment or youll see more reviews like this...
