If i could give it a zero I would. Seat in drive through for 20 minutes, then had to pull around to wait for about 30 mins to get food, my wife had to go in to get the food then my sons fries are cold

Been to this location 3 times now and they never have extra crisp chicken. You would think the one thing that KFC is known for they would have it. Never again. This exit has tons of food options I rather sit in line at bojangles then ever go to KFC again. How they are still open is be on me.

This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Got there at 8 and asked for chicken tender, well they were out!!!! With 2 hours until closing. Had to pull around to wait for food and that took 30-40 mins. Will not go

I suppose the standard we all need to adjust to is poor if not hostile customer service. No hostility here, just ambivalence. Walk in cashier looking at phone. I'm only one in line. I stand there. She never looks up and after a solid 2 minutes asks" take out or dine in". Then another 30 more seconds looked away from phone and at me and I finally get to order. Right back on her phone she went.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but the chicken in my drive thru order was very undercooked. As in, I’m afraid it would give me food poisoning, so I had to throw it all away.The drive-thru itself was pretty quick and the employees were friendly, but there weren’t a lot of customers. Certainly not enough to create enough of a rush to undercook the chicken.Never had this happen at a KFC before, but this was my first visit to this location.
