Came here around 2 am after I got off of work, the only thing I ordered was a small Dr pepper before heading home. There were no other cars in line, and I received a gross, tea colored half full drink. 😐

We ate inside the restaurant with our two toddlers and really appreciated that this McDonald’s has a play area! There’s a lot of climbing involved in the play area, so mostly for older kids to enjoy. My 3 year old did enjoy trying to climb up the different climbing areas, though she didn’t get high enough to go to the slide. Definitely a fun place to go if you’re looking for a McDonald’s with a play area. Their ice cream machine wasn’t currently working when we were there.

Service was fine, however, I received a 4 piece nugget happy meal instead of a six count. They put 4 nuggets in the 6 box. My fries were cold, and my sweet tea tasted like water. Additionally, I was also told that there were no shakes available at all. Overall, the food was cold but the service was fine.
Not only did I get exceptional customer service. I got some good food last minute me and my daughter on the way home after having a horrible night haven’t ate all day. Michael not only put a smile on my face, but made me feel better today and actually has the best customer service in which every fast food chain needs to be trained by if you want to ask me, we have lost customer service and he has all of it. I would like to say personally if you read this review, Michael, you made my night and my daughter‘s night after not knowing what we had to go through tonight. Let or I hope somebody lets this man who works hard and takes pride in his job. I don’t care what he’s getting pain pay him more or promote him because all employees need to be trained by him on customer service and actually treating a customer as a customer because without us customers there would be no job.

Although they get our order right 95 percent of the time, for the last month and a half I cannot get a shake. The guy at the window was very nice and I’m sure he’s probably tired of hearing complaints, he said they can’t get the company to come and fix it. Is that true? It’s really, really, really, frustrating to come here and EVERY single time the machine is broken. On a positive note, every time I come through the drive through everyone is nice and the food is good.
