Would give it zero if I could fire and hire a whole new staff cause them high school kids yall got dont do there jobs they have loud conversations about anything where everyone can hear.. order wait times are insanely long as a customer and a dasher, food will be missing had to go back cause they forgot the buger for my two cheese burgers, inahve heard them say they leaving after school ect will not be going back until I see chnage and I live only 6 mins from the place I would rather travel then go here

Terrible waits and poorly trained staff. I whole hardly understand it is teenagers working and this is a great first job for them! However upper management needs to have some staff that has a higher level of training with the teenagers. I placed an online order drove 15 minutes there and still waited over 35 minutes in the store for my food! This is completely unexceptable. I would not be so upset if I was the only one waiting but multiple people were and had been there with similar wait times while staff laughed joked and seemingly had quite a few employees doing nothing. This is also not the first time I have had a similar experience. Tonight will be the last time a stop by this McDonald's.

my curbside order took far too long. individual mcdonalds should have the option to turn off curbside orders if they can’t or don’t want to deliver the food to cars at that particular moment.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. 11:20pm now order at 10:51pm. And only 3 cars have completed their order. What are they doing on the inside. Btw still haven't gotten food yet. 4 cars ahead.
I ordered a McGriddle meal. I asked them the substitute round egg instead of folded egg and they didn't. It really ruined my day

I stopped by this McDonald's on my way to Wilmington from Raleigh about two or three times a month. The last three times I've gone to this McDonald's the biscuits have been so dry and crumbly that they are almost unedible. Today my biscuit literally was so dry and crumbly that when I went to eat it I almost choked from how dry the biscuits were. If I did not have a drink close to me I probably would have choked to death. No longer my destination for breakfast.
