Mold in my caramel frappe
they are very rude and ungrateful to customers because me and other customers went in on Wednesday Sept 22, 2021 at 7:08pm and was waiting in line to order food and the black janitor came and said that they were closed and rushed us all out the door and he was even fixing to push me out the door and i had to step away from him and the lobby does not suppose to close until 10pm and he had his hands in the pushing position and was coming straight to me. if that is the way you all...read full review
The new manager Dawn is the worst manager I’ve ever come in contact with. She has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen for someone who works in a customer service field. Don’t get me wrong, the staff at this location is amazing but Dawn needs to be fired. I eat at this location a couple times a week and I see her interact with people in the rudest way.
