I dont know why its 3.6 review, but me and my husband came here at 1:30 am Wednesday morning and Sam, Adrian and Kevin went above and beyond to satisfy us. They were very courteous, and really cared about making sure we were happy with our order. They work in a very good teamwork manner. After having a stressful day, they made our night. Most orders by kiosk which was out of paper so orders were being called by numbers which no one knew. Food was good for McDonald's and staff looked tired but was friendly bathrooms were decent

This is probably the fastest, freshest, and friendliest McD's I have been to in a while. I know it's just a McDonald's but if you're stopping at one on 95 wait the extra few minutes to get off at the Benson exit.

They told me they had to cook the spicy Krispy sandwich it was the only thing I ordered I said that's fine 25 mins later after countless cars going around me I decided to go in and get my refund, after I got my refund I asked the guy/manager did y'all even make the sandwich he replied yes. I laughed and walked off I had a hour and half drive home. I don't complain much bc my self worked in restaurants for 15 years but this mcdonalds is unacceptable.

We stopped for a quick meal on our long trip home from Florida. It turned out that it wasn't quick. Look longer than usual for our food and when they brought it out they only gave us two straws.. we needed 4 and said they ran out. Forgot half our order. When my wife went back up to get it and exchange drinks they handed her another straw.. wasnt the best experience.

they never ever put sauces in bags, doesnât matter how many nuggets you order. Always check your bags!
Ordered 2 drinks, thatâs it and it took them 25 minutes. I was pulled to the very last window and forgotten about, so I had to go inside. By the time I get the drinks the coffees werenât even warm. Showing they had been made for awhile. I watched 20 cars get food and drinks and drive around me.

Order medium fries, was on the screen, pulled forward, paid for it, looked in bag and receipt no fries listed. He had removed them. Had to get back in slow slow drive thru line to re-order med fries. Feeling Fustrated.

Go to any other restaurant in Benson! McDonald's is NASTY! If the food prep area is as nasty as the dinning area and the restroom , I question the inspection department in that area.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I did half the work for them by placing a mobile order, but after sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes without being acknowledged my husband decided to pull to the window, where we were told that they were backed up⊠I personally watched 4 vehicles leave without ordering and there was NO ONE inside the restaurant⊠there were employees walking around on their phones in front of the windows and we had to âpull forwardâ only to receive COLD food that was laying in the bag out of the wrapper!!! If you can wait the additional 3 miles to get to Dunn I highly recommend the additional drive!
