Ashley, the manager and ziyundre training manager was rude and didn't even ask me what I wanted to do about my biscuit that had an egg on it that had green all the way around it. She just assumed I wanted another one and handed it to me without an apology there was another manager Carmela That went back in the kitchen and fixed my biscuit the way I asked for it to be fixed without the same egg that was green and she apologized and then I was brought out the very same biscuit with the same batch of eggs but it wasn't green I however did not want that afraid that the other eggs got contaminated so then Carmella went back in and fixed the biscuit the way I asked for it to be fixed McDonald's is beginning to be a joke many of us here in Benson or boycotting it

The workers were very nice, but they were very slow. We were in the drive-through line for 20 minutes and then we sat at the extra window for about another 20 minutes and it was all over a McChicken so they were very kind but service was just slow and unorganized like we sat at the second window for a PLAIN McChicken that they couldn’t make so even when I went inside nobody remembered about us at the second window because everyone just seemed lost inside but they were nice so yes.

this place is digusting, tables are not cleaned, floor is not clean, stinky homeless people everywhere, bathrooms are not cleaned at all. and workers do not care!

Temperature was turned down so low it was like a meat locker, intentionally done to keep elderly people out. There were grown young men talking about how cold they had it. It's called discrimination. Went in at 7:45am and stood at register until 8:03 before taking my order. Lady came in approx 2 minutes later ordered same thing I got basically what I ordered and was gone less than 5 minutes. Ask about my order and was told I could wait my turn after I had been waiting a total of 25 minutes. Got food at 8:13am. This place is a disgrace as fast food and leadership is poor. Owners if they care, need to look into this store, at least it is strongly suggested.

I ordered the new 3-piece chicken tenders. They did not look or taste fresh. It was almost like they sat in grease that wasn't hot because they were oily.
My friend ordered a quarter-lb cheeseburger. That sandwich was fresh and hot.

Never get your order right and couldnt even get a biscuit in place of bagel and couldnt get your order right if they had to ask them 3 times about my order and they still got it wrong and over 20 dollars for 2 to eat won't be going back
