A half hour for a drink is absolutely ridiculous. My wife made an order via the app, walked in and dealt with rude employees and had to wait half an hour for a single drink. Due to the app not allowing people to cancel orders she didn’t want to leave as she paid with the app. Unacceptable and extremely rude customer service from the employees there.

I have multiple times tried to get an ice cream cone including yesterday I was told every time the machine was being cleaned so that means in the middle of the day your machine is down for cleaning or is it it’s not that important to make an ice cream cone … so in the middle of the day no milkshakes or sundaes .. I don’t believe it

I ordered double cheese burger with no cheese, 4 pc.chickenmcnuggets( for my service dog 4lb pomarainian) and a pup cup, they put cheese on the burger, the mcnuggetts were cold and they refused to even sale me a pup cup, the girl at the window was very nice and explained the "new" owner will not let them give or sale pup cups anymore.. Hope the "new" owner fails miserably and i will no longer be a coustomer at this location! The lady at the window was very sweet& did her job wonderfully , isnt her doing by refusing to serve what most everywhere we go serves, thats on the owner!!
