Food is typical McDonalds. Nothing good or bad about it. What’s not great is the drive through service. We timed our experience at 42 minutes from the time we entered the line to the time we got our food. Internal management and organization is not efficient and workers seemed to be scrambling. Multiple orders in front of us were not correct and customers were handing back food through the window for them to correct. I would recommend going into the establishment to place an order.

I work late so I often come late at night and they have one crew with a guy that is awesome. Great service overall and the food is great. However, if the black lady is working nights you're not getting an order. She either doesn't answer you at the window or tells you its a 10 minute wait without even taking your order and then makes you wait at the 3rd window. After 20 minutes we had no choice but to drive off. Why can't people just do their job?

The worker( african american female)was public/customer friendly at the drive-thru. She had a smile that said she's happy about her job !

We stopped here on our way home to Pa. And they couldn't even get anything right. My husband asked for quarter pounder and they gave it to him on a half of big Mac bun the bottom of his sandwich was the middle part of the big Mac Bun. They had no ranch sauce when I asked for it. My son's order was all messed up. And what they don't know is we all work at McDonald's ourselves and my son and His girlfriend are managers at McDonald's in harrisburg pa and I work there myself. Their service wasn't they greatest. We said it was for here and they gave us bags instead of trays. They gave us numbers to sit at the tables but never brought out our food instead yelled it out

Food was good, all the tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing. I waited 10 minutes at the counter just to get a refill since they don’t have drink machines in the lobby anymore, and kept being ignored and watched several orders be taken next to me at the register. I just left because I got tired of waiting. Very disappointed, this used to be a good one.

⭐ Google Review: I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered the Big Breakfast, which I’ve been getting for over 20 years and has always included pancakes. Instead, I was given just a sandwich on a large plate. Not only was the order wrong, but it also took over 30 minutes to get our food, which nearly made us late to our destination.
When my husband brought the order back in to correct it, the staff insisted that pancakes don’t come with the Big Breakfast — which simply isn’t true based on our long history of ordering it. The lack of customer service and understanding of the menu was frustrating.
This visit left us very disappointed, and I hope the management can address these issues for future customers.
I also visited this location before and never had these issues.

For some reason everyone who works here thinks that a regular iced coffee with no flavor means that u want French vanilla.. u cannot fix stupid or even explain why it’s wrong cuz they won’t get it anyway 🤦♀️
