I ordered the new 3-piece chicken tenders. They did not look or taste fresh. It was almost like they sat in grease that wasn't hot because they were oily.

It took 20 minutes to get chicken nuggets, fries and two drinks at 2 pm for take out. And the hold up was the drinks. There is not a self service station so we had to wait for them to prepare a diet coke and Dr pepper... after we finally got it them It was a coke and a diet dr pepper. There wasn't anyone working the counter. Food rating is a 5* only because it met expectations for McDs food.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered the Big Breakfast, which I’ve been getting for over 20 years and has always included pancakes. Instead, I was given just a sandwich on a large plate. Not only was the order wrong, but it also took over 30 minutes to get our food, which nearly made us late to our destination.
When my husband brought the order back in to correct it, the staff insisted...
