Benson is a small town…not a lot of options for pizza and dominos already burned their bridge…. So I normally go with Pizza Hut… well it’s hit or miss, but this was my last straw. I tried the BBQ chicken pizza and added pineapple with tavern style crust. The pizza was awful, crust just tasted dry, no pineapple and like a couple chunks of onion…but the crust was terrible. It takes a lot for me to call and complain, but I did… and the manager gave me a $10 credit on a $20 pizza.

This is the second time I've gotten pizza that's raw/undercooked but the kicker is it's been from two different pizza huts! Pizza so undercooked that it falls apart. What is wrong with y'all? You'll never have to worry about me ever placing an order with any pizza hut, I'll stick to home made or Domino's. Fyi, I wasted my money because I threw it right in the trash.

So, first of all use clean water to mop your floor, it's sticky and gross you can see the swirls of dried dirty mop water on your floor because you're using dirty mop water. At 7 pm sit at your corner table with your back to Food Lion and look at your floor it's as gross and the sound it makes as your shoes stick to it. Second do not use a dirty table in your dining room to do food prep, the unwashed hands going in and out of your employees pants and touching her phone while doing food prep is not ok . Management, You have a great staff, raise your standards, they will listen. They will do what you allow!!! Will be back , I hope for better!!

This was a fancy looking dine in Hut with delicious pizza made exactly how I asked and great service! Just happened to pass by and wanted a pizza. Came here and wow it was so tasty! I haven't had this great of a hot pizza where the cheese melted in such a good way as I bit into it in awhile. Worth the stop and eat inside. They have TVs and everything for a quick meal by yourself or your family!

You can dine in, but they didn’t allow us to do so because they were short in employees. There were three employees chatting in the back and didn’t realize that we were there until we had to scream.
