I have been a customer of Subway here in Benson for the past 12 years and I can tell you that I had the worst experience today that I have had in that whole time. I tried to order online to no avail. The system was down so I called the store and the Young person that answered. The phone was very rude to me. Acted like they did not want to take my order. Would not honor the online coupon of buy one get one free even though their system is down and you can’t order online, you would think they would honor that but he was so rude and so disrespectful and Not nice at all. I know the manager personally and she has always been a very kind person and always been very nice but I will no longer support this Subway because of the way this young man was on the phone that is no way to treat anybody if you’re gonna work in the public you need to learn how to deal with the public and quit being so ugly.

I will probably never go here again. Between finding dead flies literally stuck to cookies, the order literally always being wrong, and getting sick 8/10 times we eat at this specific subway, this subway is ridiculous. At this point I’d much rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different subway.

Don't order the pizza. Apparently you can only have shredded cheddar on pizza. MOZZARELLA CHEESE COSTS EXTRA ON PIZZA. Then if you make the mistake of ordering on the app, they will REFUSE TO REFUND. So today subway stole $3.50 + tax.

I charged with my own cup and the lady in the front register had an attitude about it you’re not supposed to charge customers with their own up. I’m about to call corporate. I don’t think all the other subway are supposed to charge

Disgusting, rude and disrespectful and impolite! Do NOT go here save yourself from wasting your money. After reading the reviews I wish I had read them before continuing to order here. Every order I have received has always been wrong. The owner, the manager, the staff are all terrible. I couldn't understand manager with her strong accent. I don't know if she was speaking English or what. I am a regular customer and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you ask for a refund after they gave you the wrong order and didn't even give you your chips you purchased and they say NO Refund, it's time to stop going here. I tried to be considerate and patient thinking they probably messed up my order because they are busy and just human, but now I am completely frustrated. They continue to mess up my orders. They do not care and they do not try to satisfy their customers. The owner never calls back either. Will no longer order or do business here again. Very disappointed. If you go here after reading the reviews, you deserve the order you receive. ?‍♀️ Just going to leave it at that. It is what it is. My loss of $50. Don't say I didn't warn you along with the others.

I only put one star because it's required to leave a review. I will say that being a regular customer I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this subway. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. They don't speak clear English, they forget to give you your food and they ALWAYS mess up on your order, the kids that work there are always acting silly and not paying attention to their job. They always have their little high school friends come in to visit while they are working. Probably why they continue to mess up the orders? I called the owner left a voicemail and he didn't contact me. The manager was left a message and she did not contact me. When I finally spoke with her she said she can NOT issue me a refund and could only remake my sandwiches. Why in God's name would I want that if they continue to mess up my order every single time? I beyond upset. We spend $45 almost once a week to purchase our subs there and they have totally lost our business. They can keep their soggy fly invested subs. I only write reviews when there is a need and someone needs to get it together over there. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, AND YOUR SANITY! DO NOT GO HERE! THANK YOU to the owner MR. MERDAD FOR NOT CALLING BACK TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE.

A cut above honestly, other subways I've been to recently have been a bit subpar overall, but here, besides the store and bathrooms being clean and the sandwich well made, they have something you don't see much these days, great customer service with a smile, a true rarity.
