I ordered 3 subs. They sent me 2 of the same that I didn't order. My wife called to let them know, the lady that answered the phone was the rudest person we have ever come across. She did not want to hear what we saying. She then began yelling at us over the phone. We asked for her name, of course she did not give it to us. We then asked to talk to a manager and she then just hung up on us. She does not belong in a position where you are dealing with customers. We both were very shocked by this attitude.

The owner doesn’t take the coupons sent to us by local magazines and ordered 4 subs online and the roast beef was not even on the sub. When I say they put one slice on a foot long that is being generous. Very disappointed.

Don’t eat here I ordered a sub today from here. The chicken bacon ranch. And I got food poisoning moments after eating it..be careful guys seriously!! 10/10 Do not recommend !!

Don’t order from the app. Didn’t follow a single instruction including toasting the flatbread at all upon pickup. The worst sub I’ve ever had in my life from subway. I guess you have to watch them make the sub to get a good sub otherwise they don’t care about your ingredients you listed.This is why I don’t pre tip when the app asks. If they do a good job, I have always tipped cash in the store upon pickup but I will never pre tip when the app asks because you definitely don’t know the quality at the time you place the order.

This location has poorly untrained staff. They have gotten my order messed up on numerous occasions. The food prepared is not up to Subway’s standards. I will not be eating at this location ever again.

I’ve ordered from here twice. The second time, trying to have a better experience than the first.My sandwich had FOUR pieces of spinach, three coming strings and was missing both onions and cucumbers. The bread was toasted to an oblivion, making it inedible. Staff was so rude when I kindly asked for a new sandwich, not even a refund.Never again will I spend money here. Very disappointing.

My son ordered a terriaki chicken sub. He was eating and found a metal tab in it. It was broke in half. Called the store and the boys working told me to call back the next day. I told them please check the terriaki chicken. I talked to the manager the next day. I told him I would like to bring the other half of his sub back. Plus the metal piece. He said no he would send me free sub cards. I really wanted to show him I wouldn't advice eating here. Check your food thoroughly if you do

I am livid. Ordered in door dash. Missing ingredients, also put wrong ingredients on it. You can see I took off bell pepper when I asked for cucumber. I called and ask for a manager granted it is WEDNESDAY. And the employee said a manager won’t be in until FRIDAY morning. I go here all the time, I think the fact that it was an online order the workers did not care. And quite frankly that is unexceptable!
