Very disappointed. Arrived ordered our food waited 20 mins with 4 people waiting in front us. Some had been there for almost 45 mins……waiting. Watched as drive thru was served very quick. Seemed like they forgot about the dining room. Asked for a refund and left. Very under staffed.

When all other fast food places fail you during the darkest of nights, Taco bell for the win. Crunchwrap supreme wasn't messy, tacos actually had ground meat in them and they remembered my mild sauce, straw and napkins 🤤
Asked for hot and mild sauce in drive thru. Got home and of course there wasn't any. Tacos were cold and tasted like they were sitting for a while.

I'm from Alabama and have seen my fair share of Taco Bells. This was probably the best fast food meal I've had in my life though, everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Crispy without being burnt, perfect amount of sauce, and good service. I need this Taco Bell to move to my city😭

Decided to make the order when they received it and did not wait for the dasher to accept it or even be near. You can clearly tell by the temperature that it was made and just left under the warmer. Everything was soggy. Crunchy taco? Absolutely not, stale and soft. Even the potatoes were old and stale. Dasher requested that they make the order fresh and they stated they would not do it unless it was paid for again. Absurd. Also, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito and they gave me random beef burrito. Everything tastes old and stale. Thanks Taco Bell, you can tell your employees really care.... not.

No one welcomed me when I walked in even though there were no other customers. On top of the rude service, I used the kiosk without complaint, paid, and left. I got ONE breakfast burrito so I didn’t think to check my food before I left. When I started eating the burrito I realized they put sausage on it instead of bacon. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies to sausage but regardless, coming from someone who worked here… yes this was a simple mistake, however, there is a simple fix. Reading the order screen is too easy especially when there aren’t any other customers/orders.
