When I tell you this is the worst one I've been to... I placed my order through the app 15 minutes earlier than I was going to be there and I still had to wait another 25 minutes for my food to be ready. There were no customers ahead of me and only one came during my wait so is not that they were busy. I won't be wasting my time at this one again.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla meal but this is that we received. A tortilla with some chicken in it... No cheese, no sauce just a tortilla and a couple peaces of chicken. Super disappointed and this was over $10!

Needs new management. I have never been here without waiting 15+ minutes in the drive thru. Online orders take upward of 45 min even when no one else is in the store. Food is always cold. Have seen staff making food without gloves several times as well as staff showing up for a shift, clocking in and going straight to making food without washing hands.

—— 12/17/2025 —— Thanks for the 15 minute wait for a nothing but a sloppy mess. My daughter asked for a sweet tea and was given a Mountain Dew, The “tacos” I received were absolutely unacceptable. I’ve got questions for the health inspector that gave this place a score of 100, I’ve been in gas stations nicer and cleaner than this Taco Bell. Straight up SORRY.

Places is always clean. The employees are very professional. The food is always hot and delicious. Tell me who works there by the name of Marcus goes above and beyond. I will recommend family and friends to eat there.

Amori took my order and she was super friendly and nice! She Made sure to double check that my order was correct before I paid. The inside of the restaurant was clean. Large parking lot with lots of spaces. My food came out in about one and a half minutes after paying. Very quick service here! Sadly only realized I was missing one item when I got home, -1 star for this.

Went to get crunchwrap supreme's, and instead we got a tortilla with lettuce, no cheese, no sour cream, and a extra helping of sadness. Also one was a chicken instead of beef, and it's a pet peeve when there's no way to distinguish the difference other than biting the food. Especially when you need to bite past the lettuce and flour to to get to anything of substance. The sodas were also bad. The mix of syrup to water was in one case too strong, and another too weak. If youre going to go here, reconsider, there's other fast food options within 1 minutes of driving.

Avoid this location if you're passing through on a road trip. It'll add 45 minutes to your travel time. I ordered an item that they needed to make fresh. We wanted to leave without it but they didn't have a manager there to refund and said it would only be a few more minutes. The rest of our food was cold.

This is a new review 08-25-2025, I was hoping this place would improve. The place was dirty, tables weren't bussed, the floors were dirty and the kitchen was dirty with food and trash on the floor. There was an nasty musty oder when I walked in. It smelt like sour mop. The food was below average. I ordered tacos and they were broken with a few shreds of cheese and only a small amount of chicken. I was at the counter and no one would serve me. Finally someone asked if I had been served and I said no. It was nearly 5 minutes before someone noticed me at the register. Three tacos, drink and a burrito $17.00. Over priced crap. I should have walked out. There needs to be new management for this store. This will be my last time coming to this location. Old review, Horrible service and clueless employees. Food no good, scorched refried beans. Couldn't get the order right. Totally ignored me when I told them my order was wrong. Don't go there. I would drive to 40/42 Taco Bell instead. I'll never return there ever again. 2025, No more second chances.
