I went to a waffle house in Kentucky recently while traveling and I couldn't believe how awful the food was. I complained to corporate and they sent me a credit to use which I recently did at this waffle house in Benson. It was so good and what a huge difference between this one and the one in Kentucky. Like night and day. I highly recommend this location. Service was great along with all the food.

Missing items in the order! Also the chef moves from picking raw meats from the freezer to assembling lettuce and tomatoes in the burgers! All with the same pair of gloves! FILTHY!!!!

The food was ok but not what I am used to from Waffle house and I love Waffle house. We had to wait some time to be serviced. It made us feel as if we were bothering them by placing an order. Towards end of visit they warmed up to us.

Went in to dine after a 2-hour drive, and the experience was awful from the start. The first table we sat at was unclean, so we moved. The second table had a putrid smell—apparently from a waitress who had just been sitting there. That same waitress then got our order wrong and gave us plain waffles despite us clearly stating what we wanted.
The first set of plates we were given were dirty, and the staff then spent almost five minutes trying to find a clean set—this is a restaurant, so that alone is unacceptable. We then were given only 2 sets of utensils, mind that there is four of us dining in, and our food had bits of residue from an uncleaned flattop, which was unpleasant and gross to say the least.
Would not return. The manager seriously needs to get things under control and say something on their employees standards and hygiene.

I am one who every now and then enjoys Waffle House breakfast. My family and I stopped here on 11/9/2025 for breakfast on our way back home to Virginia. Our server, Star, was the best. She was nice, friendly and hardworking! The reason I gave the atmosphere 2 stars is because the music was extremely loud!
