I don't know what it is, but sometimes they cook the ham almost burnt. I think it's because of the number of orders. Some waitresses are very attentive and some don't even come over to ask if everything is okay. But every time I go, I leave satisfied with the rest of the food.

Shame on all of the night shift employees that were scheduled on 10/23/24. Only one person was serving 12 people by himself. Waffle House should hire responsible people, not someone who doesn't care. This person needs a raise WAFFLE HOUSE!!! Then Mrs Shannon came in at 9:45pm, having an attitude with all the customers because now she actually had to do her job. She was throwing silverware and screaming because apparently none of us knew our order. After Mrs Shannon appeared in the scene, this other male came from the back, just chilling, getting something to drink, and not helping at all. Like, really??? But oh well thanks to Mr Ronald, who took amazing care of all of the 12 customers.

I went for a late dinner after last night's rodeo. I was greeted and sat like normal but when my waitress came to take my order the cook was with her and as I began speaking his insults began. Said I sounded like a 12 year old, had a baby voice and just continued on mocking me while I ate. And then when I went to pay he kept trying to get other customers in on it trying to get them to side with him. All I wanted was a quick bite after a long night not to pay to be humiliated.

Me and my family come here very often, the food is good but today when we went it was horrible. We did a to-go order and we even tipped the lady that was taking our order, she told us that it would take from 15 to 20 minutes. When 30 minutes passed is when she finally put in our order, we were waiting there for almost 40 minutes. I'm not sure we she would do that to us, for other to-go orders she would put them in right away. It may be that she new that we were Hispanic and that we couldn't really tell her anything because english is not our native language. Either way it was terrible, me and my family left with a bad taste in our tongue, we will not be coming back at all.

I wanted to dine in. There was no management what’s so ever. We sat down and waited for 30 damn minutes. Than another customer comes in after they get served. I wouldn’t come here again!!! Not worthy!

Came in at 1130pm July 26th. 4 adults, Janelle was great. Was quick and read back meals perfectly! Meals were switched up (wrong eggs on wrong plate, wrong sides, browns not smothered or covered).Saw a huge roach and told Janelle. She let the chef know and he seemed not to care. Basically told ME to kill it. I told him i didnt see where it went. My buddy saw it again in the bathroom area and we told the chef again. Didnt care. My buddy stepped on it. I let them know and the chef basically commented that at basically he had the balls to do it. Disrectful. No apologies or any type of compensations.
