Over the last year I have tried to eat here two different times. The 1st time I waited 25mins for a salad and a 4 piece nugget. This last time they took my credit card and after I paid for a chili they told me it would be over 2 hours for it and to either wait or get something else. I asked for a refund and they told me to call my bank on Monday to cancel the payment.
Don't bother coming here unless you want to get robbed.

Nov 30, 2024 - 7:55 PM: Single w/ Cheese, order of fries, drink. Waited in drive through for 25 mins. Food was cold. Staff said there was no technical problem with equipment. Never stopped before. Won't ever again.

Percillia was amazing! Very nice and energetic! Stopped to get a bag of ice and she was super nice. Made our whole day!

Waited for 10 minutes at register without being greeted and waited 30 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich and fries..... there goes my lunch break.

Service at the drive thru was terrible. Got the 1 item order wrong, tried to correct it & they told me to wait, couldn't understand them. Left went to Hardee's had no problem.

If you call that great customer service at this location you seriously have a screw loose.i just went there and the lady manager has no people skills what so ever. She was unpleasant and straight up rude. I said have a good night and got nothing but crickets. She practically tossed my food at me. I am a manager in customer service. I always tell employees you got to care. I can tell you she don't care about nothing. If you don't like your job then get out. I promise I will never go there again.

I stood inside in line for 25 mins before deciding to walk out. People behind me walked out long before I did. I was only there to get sugar cookies but the manager wouldn't let the one single person working alone in the front take any other orders until the one she had bagged on the counter was complete.
I walked in to 3 people in front of me... My husband even left and went to the grocery store and came back and I was still in the same spot..
If I wasn't completely in love with Wendy's sugar cookies I would have left long before that...but they are my weakness and I wasn't giving up..
I still left empty handed ...
It looks like I'm going to have to find another company that makes good sugar cookies because I refuse to go back to that Wendy's after that.

Over past few years several wendy's seem to be out of what I order. No ketchup, no coke, no small salads or no breakfast item I ordered. This pass Saturday was another replay of Wendy's sorry we our out. I am out of Wendy's!!!😠
