Let me first start by saying I absolutely love that this Midwest chain has made its way to the east coast. What I do not love is the hours. They are trash. I live in Mocksville and work night shift. I used to live in Greensboro and would get coffee on my way into work since they are open till 9pm. Well this one and the one in Kernersville close at 7pm. I would have to leave me house much earlier just to stop at either shop. Thus forcing me to spend my money at Starbucks since they are more accommodating hours. Hopefully in the future they will extend the hours.
I love the coffee but like others have said it depends on who is working and its a roll of the dice if its going to be good or not. The service at both Advance and Kernersville could use some work as the staff don't seem to happy to even be there.

I should have read the reviews before ordering an ice chai with oat milk with pumpkin sauce . The taste was off, there is white and black things floating in my drink. I learn my lesson. Never trying new places. There goes my $7 I could have used else where down the drain !

Awesome place and good coffee, got the breakfast burrito and the caramel riser and they were amazing, I stop here 2-3 times a week to make it home from work after a long night. The people are always friendly and professional.

I don’t come back here anymore, and it honestly breaks my heart because the drinks can be absolutely amazing when they’re done right. But every visit feels like a roll of the dice—one day the recipe’s spot-on, the next it’s totally off. It’s frustrating to see such inconsistency, and I can’t help but think it’s down to shaky training or not enough oversight. I really want this place to shine like it could. Please get it together—I’m rooting for you.
