Food was OK. They only have seafood on Fridays. They didn't have seafood on Saturday when we went. Service was great though. Staff was friendly and their German chocolate cake was divine.

My wife and mother n law eat at southern Spice about every week. The food is normally great until tonight when I decided to try the turkey with potatoes and gravy. DONT DO IT!!! TURKEY FROM A CAN GRAVEY SO SALTY IT LITERALLY CRUNCHED IN MY MOUTH. I hope our next experience will be better.

First visit. One of us ordered a chicken quesadilla and couldn't handle it. There was no charge and she was allowed to order something else. Another ordered meatloaf (the daily special) and enjoyed it. I had fried okra, greens, and fried squash. The greens were excellent, the other was very good. Didn't much care for the squash.
