Though they offer seafood options on Friday, I came especially for the BBQ Chicken. I ordered the 1/2 with white slaw and fried squash with hush puppies, and sweet tea to drink. The Chicken was on the table in good order and the meal was on! The chicken was excellent with a nice sauce that had only a touch of sweetness and was totally without any tomato product - I added a dash or two of Texas Pete (part of each table setup) and that touch of heat added to the flavor. The chicken was fork tender and the overall taste was very, very nice! The fried squash was previously frozen but was nonetheless very tasty and perfectly cooked. The white slaw was just ok, sweeter than I care for. The hush puppies were tasty as well. The service was excellent. The restaurant was busy and the acoustics are not really setup to reduce the conversational noise levels - I learned much more than I needed to know about repairing a riding mower! I didn't even know this place existed until today. My father-in-law passed away at 4am, and by 10am, we were all getting a bit hungry. I couldn't bring myself to order fast food in a drive thru, and I found this place on Yelp. This place was hoppin' with a full dining room and several people getting take out. They even have a drive thru pick up window if you call your order in. We tried the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, a BEC Wrap and two Strawberry Banana Waffles. Everything was excellent. The waffles will put you down for a nap if you eat both by yourself. The sandwich had two eggs, large sausage patty and melted American cheese on a bun. It was hearty and filling. I didn't get any photos, but will certainly be back to dine in. I'm thankful they created a great experience for us on an otherwise sad day. Their service was also very friendly and lifted my spirits when people are genuinely kind even though they don't know what kind of day you're having.

We had to wait a bit on Friday night as you would expect. But it was worth the wait.

Very tasty food, I had grits with cheese steak mixed in and hashbrowns. It was the good kind of hashbrowns, thin and crispy. I'll definitely eat here again!

Food was ok. Got the meatloaf and two sides. Really didn’t taste too much spice lol. The best thing was the dessert.

Veronica is THE best waitress! She's always right on time with a beverage refill, always puts down extra napkins and is just a super nice person.

They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 7 am till 8p, Saturdays for breakfast and lunch from 7am till 2pm and closed on Sunday. Breakfast is served daily from 7am till 11 pm with daily plate specials for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday including catfish, flounder and shrimp on Friday. Food was great, and very reasonably priced. Service was slow (I asked 3 different people for a drink refill multiple times before getting one refill - could have used at least one or two more. However, they were slammed with dine in customers, customers coming in to place and/or pick up orders, and drive thru was non-stop. Will definitely be back.

Lunch and dinner specials are good. Drive up window is great for takeout. Breakfast meats are lowest quality available. Cooks have never gotten the eggs cooked correctly unless they are scrambled. Instead of removing them from the bill they give you a 5% discount and a smile and that's just insulting.
