I love Pizza Hut. I decided to get Pizza Hut from the Bessemer city, NC location. I drove to pick up my pizzas, but the guy had forgotten some pizza items, and I did not get my marinara sauce and had to return back and get it. I wanted a cookie but he wanted me to come inside to pay, but I asked if he could charge it on my credit card, but he told me he didn't know how to do it. So I got the items I paid for and left because I injured my leg and informed at first that I had to do curbside.

They will not answer the phone & call center is useless trying to correct an order. Employee acted as though she could care less.

Epic FAIL the pizza is dry and sauceless and not cooked long enough! The atmosphere was horrible. The ppl in there acted like they didn't want to work. They didn't have the open light on as if they they didn't want ppl to know that they were opened !! I will never give this place my business again. Thanks for ruining my dinner

Yesterday afternoon I went to buy a pizza but it was the worst purchase I made at Pizza Hut I never saw myself like today. They gave me a pizza that is thicker an omelette than the pizza.

All I wanted was green peppers and onions in a cup to add to my order was told they can’t change the recipe I was willing to pay the extra and was told not aloud ?
