I love Pizza Hut. I decided to get Pizza Hut from the Bessemer city, NC location. I drove to pick up my pizzas, but the guy had forgotten some pizza items, and I did not get my marinara sauce and had to return back and get it. I wanted a cookie but he wanted me to come inside to pay, but I asked if he could charge it on my credit card, but he told me he didn't know how to do it. This Pizza Hut is always fast and efficient. The pizza is always great and the staff is always friendly!
Kid-friendliness: Always very nice and even helpful towards the kids. If your hands are full they will offer help no issue!

Brought some wednesday .60 cent mild wings and they look pretty good, so I order another batch and this time it wasn't enough sauce on them, and the guy didn't care. I asked for ranch and was told ranch don't come with the chicken, then why sale wings without ranch, that don't make any sense... Disappointing. Pizza was good.
